I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I was required to have a full bladder which made it much more uncomfortable. There didn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason regarding the order patients were brought back. The staff were like militant robots with zero personality. I will not be returning to this location.

Labcorp is easy to use. You answer a few questions at a kiosk when you arrive (with or without an appointment which is great). Then the machine prompts you to photograph your driver's license and medical cards which is super easy. Then you sit and your name is on a screen in the order you checked in. Next, the front desk calls you up and asks for your doctor's blood order and then you are call to get blood drawn. This all happens pretty quickly. Nirvaya (hope I spelled that right) was the lab tech who drew my blood so quickly and I didn't feel a thing. She was so competent, professional and she put me at ease. Excellent customer service and I didn't even have to make an appointment. The front desk staff were very professional also. Thank Highly recommend.

Unfortunately this place has gone down hill since Mr. Kelvin had his medical emergency and no longer is there. He was the best and I was told by a nurse who used to work there that there was another person there who was gentle with drawing blood and I should request them. I tried calling to request and the individual who picked up the phone ( 5/28 around 10:05-10:10am) was rude and unprofessional. I asked if I could request the specific tech and she told me no quite rudely and told me “I’d get who I’d get” and then I thought maybe I would just go to another location. So I asked her if she would cancel my appointment she told me to do it online and hung up on me. I tried calling back a couple of times to get the individuals name but she was sending me straight to voicemail each time. This woman has made me never want to go to this location ever. I also had another experience with another rude individual at the front desk when I had to drop off samples for my daughter. The people who work here clearly hate their jobs, and couldn’t be bothered. Please believe the horrible reviews! Save yourself and go to the location in Owings!

Terrible experience here. Had to beg them to do the lab work my doctor ordered. They told me if they didn't get a new form faxed by the end of the day they would throw my blood in the trash. Then the phlebotomist stabbed me so hard with the needle and then after a pause shoved it in further. I've had my blood drawn many many times and never been stabbed so aggressively. After talking to their supervisor who told me they were right about the form issue I spoke with the Account manager who told me they were all wrong and that should not have happen to me. Too bad with medical tests there is no such thing as getting your money back and I don't have a lot of other options for labs in the future unless I want to travel further. If you can go ANYWHERE else, go there instead of this location. Absolutely terrible treatment by 4 adult women who all stared at me like I was crazy and turns out they were all wrong.

We had a traumatic experience at a different location. Today we had Tulonda draw blood and she was fantastic. So sympathetic of the blood draw anxiety, very comforting! The entire staff was amazing!

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I checked in by phone( in the parking lot) for a fasting blood test 15 mins ahead of my 9:45 appointment. Received an automated reply that they would text me when they were ready for me. I Immediately went into the office. After 20 mins I checked at the desk ( after another patient double checked his online check in) and we were told the system was down. No sign, no announcement to alert patients of this situation. Already after 10am… myself and other patient fasting. Just inconsiderate and extremely unprofessional.

I prefer this location over the Solomon’s location every single time! This location always has their stuff together and I’ve never been longer than 10 minutes even with a few people in the waiting room.

Awful. The employees were so rude. I had a question at the checkin desk and the receptionist got a terrible attitude with me like I was nuts for asking a question. When I finally got called back after about 30 minutes, the tech handed me a cup for my urine sample, gave me no directions other than, there’s the bathroom. When I got my blood drawn the tech didn’t even clean the area before she started the draw, just raw dogged the needle straight into the vein. They all acted like they were doing us some sort of favor for doing their jobs and that we should have been worshiping the ground they walked on. They were even rude to the little old lady who was there the same time as me.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR INFANT HERE. They don't know what they're doing, and tried to fill several tubes with a heel prick and scraping the tube repeatedly over the prick. My poor babe was crying hysterically and they didn't get enough blood and had to do it all again. Took over 30 min and at the end of the day, we didn't even get results from one of the tests because of poor sample collection. 0/10 do not go here.

Very unprofessional. The women working there do not appear to have the training on treating patients with respect and courtesy. When I went into the office, there was no greeting and no sense that they were there to "serve" you as a patient. They came across as bothered or annoyed that they had to help you. I came in to pick up sample kit for my wife and when I got home we realized that we did not have the all the necessary components for the sample. When I called, they told me they were out of the supplies and I could use saran wrap or go to the Dollar store and pick up container. Really? No apologies or sense of caring whatsoever.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I unfortunately am one of the lucky ones that passes out when getting their blood drawn. It’s always been that way and I’m aware of it so I try to be flexible with nurses and let them know I’m going to pass out. I had some blood work that a doctor ordered for me to get and Saturdays are the only day that work for my schedule. I arrived at 11:45 (office closes at 12) and immediately felt like I wasn’t wanted there. The check in nurse did next to nothing and barely answered any of my questions. Upon being brought back for my blood to be drawn, the nurse (whose name I did not get) was immediately rude and told me I should come at a better time. That if I’m going to pass out I should be more respectful of their hours. She then asked me when I passed out how long it took for me to come to. I replied by saying “ a few minutes but once I do come to I typically need 15 minutes to recoup before leaving.” She immediately gave me a look as if I made her angry. She then proceeded to say “well just hop up in the chair and hopefully you won’t pass out because if you’re here recouping we have to check on you even if it’s after 12.” At that point I decided to leave and get my blood drawn elsewhere. As someone who has a fear of getting there blood drawn this was the absolute worst experience I could have had. Would not recommend this to anyone. ZERO STARS!!!!

I am an extremely hard stick with a portecath. I would like to say how absolutely wonderful Charmaine was today in taking time to look for a vein and not poking me several times . She was able to Draw my blood with one stick . Not only was she very professional, but she was So nice
