“Labcorp is easy to use. You answer a few questions at a kiosk when you arrive (with or without an appointment which is great). Then the machine prompts you to photograph your driver's license and medical cards which is super easy. Then you sit and your name is on a screen in the order you checked in. Next, the front desk calls you up and asks for your doctor's blood order and then you are call to get blood drawn. This all happens pretty quickly. Nirvaya (hope I spelled that right) was the lab tech who drew my blood so quickly and I didn't feel a thing. She was so competent, professional and she put me at ease. Excellent customer service and I didn't even have to make an appointment. The front desk staff were very professional also. Thank Highly recommend.”
