Ms. Lisa B. was professional, compassionate, and understanding of my needs as a mother trying to get blood draws for four children. She was also very competent and was able to get all the vials needed with one stick for each kiddo and no bruising. I was worried initially because of the reviews and because my younger ones have never had blood draws, but Ms. Lisa B. made this a pleasant experience and she deserves her recognition.
