Great place, been going here for years and super friendly staff and honest assessments. The only problem I've ever had is the online scheduling, which is big corporate problem screwing the local shops. I've used them for replacing radiators, tractor tires, multiple sets of tires, brakes and rotors.

On October 26, 2024 I brought my truck to Mr Tire in Prince Frederick, Maryland for brake inspection and repair. Their invoice stated that they replaced both rear brake pads, rotors, calipers, and shoes. In addition, it said they did something unspecified with the parking brake shoe hardware, and they adjusted the parking brake cables "to max." That evening, I discovered that the parking brake failed to stop the truck from rolling forward when it was on an incline. The next morning, I returned to Mr Tire and explained the problem to the manager. He was rather dismissive of my concern. He expressed no sense of urgency nor any appreciation that the source of the problem may likely have been due to unsatisfactory work done the previous day. He did schedule an appointment for me to bring the truck back in later in the week, and he informed me that I would have a long wait. In all, he communicated that Mr. Tire's making good on its mistakes was not a high priority. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles to Mr Tire again in the future.

Dropped a freshly refurbished set of wheels to have tires mounted. They managed to mark up 3 out of the 4 wheels. I made the guy helping aware he went and got the manager on duty. He told he he would talk to the store manager about my situation. I guess he is out of the country because its been almost 3 weeks and i've heard nothing. Will no longer use this location for anything.

Tire stem was fixed less than an hour however they never replaced my red air cap cover and failed to return my wheel lock/lug nut adapter.

Our last appt was for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. We've been using Mr.Tire for a very long time. We've mostly had Ricardo and Lawrence out front helping us. They've always been friendly, helpful and professional, we truly appreciate them. My parents used Mr. Tire, that's where I've gone for my work and now our daughter and son go there.

I have been in for state inspections and batteries. Every visit has been very positive. Each visit has been handled professionally, courteously, and in a very timely manner.

I had a leaking tire and all I needed was a plug. The other tire guys in town (granados) said they were too busy and sent me on the way. These guys took care of me in minutes. I will be going to them first next time.

Mr Tire squeezed me in at the last minute so I could get out of town for a family medical emergency. Loren and the staff were incredibly understanding of my circumstances. Never been there before. Definitely will go back.

Mr. Tire in Prince Frederick, MD is AWESOME! I can count on them to
advise me of services that are needed... truly needed. I do not feel that they are trying to charge me for things that are not needed.
It is so good to have people who you can trust.

Great service over a busy holiday weekend! Quality tires in stock with a great buy 3 get 1 free promotion. They were even able to complete the work same day without a prior appointment so I’m safely rolling back up and down the road again!

The start of the service was great. Picked up my truck and I had a big dent in the top rail of My truck bed. They didn’t report it and I guess was hoping I didn’t see it. They did an incident report. I am waiting on the review not happy at all. If you come here, take pictures of your vehicle before hand so something happened. They can’t try to save it because of something else.
