The service was not at all great. The cashier and floor assistant lacked customer service skills. Neither seemed like they wanted to help or even be there. This would not be a first choice, only in a dire need situation.

I shop here for fish and fish accessories. I always run into the same associate... I believe her name is Mykela, spelling may be incorrect but nonetheless she has turned the aquatic department around and takes her role very serious.

They always have my dog food in stock. Which is awesome cause they eat a lot. It's like I have to feed them multiple times a day or something.
The grooming staff was always super patient with my fiesty pup when clipping his nails.

Jeff helped us get our 2 female gerbils. He was so genuinely nice and happy. He was very helpful, and also compassionate to the gerbils. He put them in separate boxes for a safe ride home. I wish I could have an employee like Jeff every time I enter any store. THANK YOU :)
