I always get great services there. The staff are very knowledgeable, caring, friendly. I highly recommend this Post office.I have been getting my mail since 1979 and worked with the staff that were there back in the 80's. I was a carrier. I on had 2 complaints. One was that I didn't pick up out going mail from this lady mailbox. That was,because her flag wasn't up and was broken, smh. The other wanted to talk every day about personal issues. I had 450 some letters and flats. Customers has to realize that we have a job to do.

One of their sunday drivers hit my car in my driveway, threw my mail and fled the scene. The post office came to my property and did their "investigation" then refused to do anything else after that. They ghosted me and did not cover anything and most certainly Didnt return my calls.

Was just told by the clerk when I asked how soon will it get there, “if you weren’t running you mouth you woulda heard!”…. No service, just lip from the clerk with bat ? tattoos on his arm!

Have not had mail personnel pick up mail to go out in 2 days used to come between 12 and 1 pm by the latest have not picked up in the last 2 days. I called Prince Frederick office and personal said they had till 5 pm to deliver. Didn't know it could run into the next day.

I live in Port Republic but my package was delivered to Prince Frederick instead, mistake was made at the plant. Port Republic PO told me to call PF PO to see if they could pull my package. When I did I was told that they wouldn’t look for my package. The distance between post offices is 3.9 miles, so much for customer service!
