The staff is nice and helpful, wish the company would do more frequent check-ins on the refrigerator units so that they don't just randomly break down and popular items don't have to be back-stocked while waiting on repairs.

This family dollar in Princess Anne is always a mess. Never has things in the right place and when items are advertised with the sign and all they still will not honor the price listed. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes because only one register was open. They didn’t have any cash in the drawer. The line was excess and had no cash drawer to open another lane. No manager at the store to resolve my issue so I left a dissatisfied customer. I would not recommend wasting your time with this store.

The management sucks and this location definitely doesn’t run by the books like they are suppose to. Buyers beware if you buy an electronic item and if it doesn’t work this store will not refund or exchange it! Go to Salisbury this store sucks!!

I HATED my experience here absolutely terrible the staff are highly inappropriate and are having side convos while I’m trying to get out the store. I do not recommend this store.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,I've been shopping at Family Dollar for 12 years,never received such service or good Samaritan act of a kind.And I'm speaking of the service I received from Robbie and Ra iaj,a young black male with a slick haircut and a young black woman with cool hair.it starts out me trying to get cash back they were patient enough to do it three times.Robbie was so helpful he tried to help me figure it out after I truly felt like it was a dead end he advised me it was otherwise and was right.Then I left the store not realizing that I left all my debit cards and my state identification cards which the young lady Rajai found and Gabe to Robbie and he rushed out and returnedy debit cards that I left.They both especially Robbie deserve either a raise or a bonus cause they made me feel like family.

Very organized and clean. Reasonable prices. Very friendly staff who greet you as soon as you enter the store! Makes a friendly atmosphere. Love finding just what I need! If you're in the area please pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed!

This place is so dirty & nasty, I try to avoid it at all costs! Spills all over the floor, products & inventory in the middle of the aisles, all carts used for garbage everywhere and broken, out of order coolers. The only reason I went there today was because the other good stores in town didn't have what I needed. When I got home, I felt dirty!This place needs to shape up or ship out! Zero stars if it were possible!!
