The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The office was very clean and organized. They have all the supplies you may need. The truck was clean and full of gas when I picked it up. I would highly recommend this location for U-Haul or a storage rental spot.

Poor customer service at the Princess Anne location. The lady would not help because she was about to get off in 30 minutes. Referred us to online.

Rude bearded man, considered calling the police. Had a reservation and he refused to release it, said he was closed... I sat in the parking lot for 43 minutes before he came out to leave??
