Unloading a brush hog here pulled in at 7:30 am and have been the only one here waiting out back to get unloaded and finally got unloaded a hour later should have taken no more then 15 minutes but the good part is there is over night parking here. Pros and cons

Took a flat tire in to get repaired, called me 6hrs later said it was good to go, charged me $82.00 to put a tube in it. Got it home and saw the tube was expose and the hole was another bigger ten when I took it in. The tire should have been replaced not repaired, took. It back and complained about it $223.00 more I got my tire back, went back 3 times to talked to a manager,was told always busy in meetings. Bull. Very disappointed in there service depth. Queen Anne's Alantic tractor.

Worst customer service ever. I called once an left a message about servicing my tractor and no call back. I called another location and was told she would email my closest location to call me back and no call back. I guess business must be good if you can ignore new customers. The previous tractor owner must have used them because there are Atlantic Tractor stickers on the tractor and mower. Luckily, I found a responsive company that took care of my service.Looking at the other reviews, this seems to be the norm. I’m guessing Atlantic Tractor will respond to this review asking me to call them. For what? To leave a message and not get a call back. Dooh.

Poor customer service. I was interested in purchading a new lawn mower, but nobody from sales bothered to ask if they could hlep us. We wandered around the lot and show room for 20 minutes. I'll find someplace else to buy a mower.

I had a problem with my mower since I bought it ...the belt kept shredding and comeing off...I had two year service and a warrenty...they tried to fix a couple of times ...it kept doing same thing...as soon as my service was expired and warrenty expired ...they wanted me to pay for the belts even though it had been doing it since I bought it..it only has 20 hours on it...this last time they had it for 21 days..they told me all john deere belts were on back order...I called the regional manager and 1.5 hours later he called me back and said they now have a belt they will put it on and deliver it to you.they were rude and condescending on the phone ..I will never use atlantic tractor of queen Anne ever again...

Not a fan of Atlantic Tractor in Queen Anne. I ordered several implements from them paid for them. I thought I was ordering a John Deere bush hog. When it came in it was a Frontier. Ok I get past that. Ordered forks. The salesman said he would have them by a certain date. I called 2 days before the date. Was told they were not ready. Almost 2 weeks past the date and now he says he never told me when I would receive them. It’s lies or just not returning calls. I like JD equipment but doubt I will walk into there store for more than to just get my money back for what they have not received.

Scheduled routine maintenance on brand new tractor. We never recieved a confirmation the day before of service, as was instructed by Kim L. When technicians finally came out to work on tractor. I contacted Kim because #1 the techs left my tractor with keys in the ignition on my front lawn and didn't say a word. Just left. #2 When I looked down at the deck I noticed it looked like it hadn't been cleaned with a air hose. Kim asked me to send her photos of what I was seeing. After Kim received the photos she told me that the service was not completed properly. And that she would make the techs come back to finish the job. She then told me that these were not her normal techs, and that her tech was sick and didn't want to further postpone the service so she sent these guys. I explained to her that I preferred her normal tech to come out on a later date to complete the job as to not complicate the matter and further escalate the situation. Which she agreed was a good idea. I'm not sure why they have anyone working for them that isn't trained in the services they claim to offer. On Jan 5th which was the date my tractor was to be serviced for the second time. I called Kim because my tractor was buried under 12inches of snow and ice from the storm the previous nights. And there was no way to get it out of the shed. And Kim said no problem. Let's wait a week or 2 till we can get it out of the shed to be serviced. A day or 2 later I contacted Kim once more because I noticed my checking account had been charged for services not rendered. Kim then got very defensive and started to lie, saying that the job had been completed. When it clearly hadnt. And just weeks before she agreed that the job was not done properly by her techs. This company is very dishonest and I would not let them near any equipment if you value your property. They are not to be trusted and after reading some of their other reviews I feel foolish for having employed them for these services. I am now having to find myself another company to help me with the routine maintenance of my tractor.. and question if they completed any of the services that they said were done. We will never purchase another Tractor, Tractor part, Gator or a Z- Turn from our local Atlantic Tractor in Clayton DE. We like to shop local but they over charge. They are losing a loyal customer over a measly $100....They don’t care about us or being honest so we are leaving them.
