“I just wanted to thank Ashley catterton at PNC bank in Chester md ! My card has been compromised and money has just been flying out of my account and right before Christmas when I need it the most and after calling the customer service line 5/6 times and getting no help or answers at all I decided to just call my local branch and talk to them . Me being Frantic and crying Ashley was extremely sympathetic,helpful, understanding and patient with me And in a matter of mins answered my questions and helped me figure things out . I’m so grateful for the help she gave me today ! She deserves major praise for how fast and efficiently she helped me figure things out .
