Friel storage is a great place to use as a midpoint to put some of your personal belongings. The service by the staff is polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate in the future to use them again.

My unit door has been broken for over a month now--meaning my unit is not secured from weather or rodents--and the management has done nothing about it. Every time I call to get information or an update on the situation, the "contractor hasn't gotten back to them". Yet I'm still being charged the full price of rent and have not even received an apology. It is very frustrating.

I was working on a house in queenstown. 5 bedrooms, each with touch up paint and different colors/ finishes. The crew at Friel was patient and helped mix a quart of paint for each color. I know it was a completely annoying request, but they helped with a smile. Great place and I was glad to work with them.
