My experience with Adam Fitzpatrick State Farm has been exceptional! I was dealing with a difficult situation with my previous insurance provider and it seemed next to impossible to get the same person on the phone to get this problem solved, so I started shopping around. I chose to switch to State Farm, specifically Adam’s office, after my first interaction with him. His team was beyond helpful and assisted me in establishing new coverage. Not only were they helpful, they were very knowledgeable, responsive and personable. They compared the coverage I had from my previous provider, and were able to provide me with better coverage at a lower price for ALL of my policies.
The best thing about my experience for me, was at any point when I needed to call and speak with someone, I was able to directly call his office, and not some random 800 number. If I couldn’t speak with Adam, I was able to speak with one of his team members and there was never confusion about my policies and coverage. This made it very clear that the whole office staff is professional, detailed oriented and organized.
The top notch customer service I received at Adam’s office was more than enough for me to feel comfortable and confident that I have chosen the correct partner to insure my most valuable assets. Thank you!

The Adam Fitzpatrick State Farm agency gave me unbeatable quotes compared to what I was previously paying! Emanuel Ruth did a great job walking me through the process and answered all my questions With immense knowledge and experience. Emanuel promptly took care of all necessary steps and kept me informed throughout all steps. I have never had such a good experience with an insurance company before. Would highly recommend.

Go find yourself someone who knows what they are doing. I have dealt with state farms eldersburg office for over 10 years without issue…all you need is one bad apple. Terrible service. Terrible attitude. Terrible

I've always heard great things about The Fitzpatrick office and decided to try. Emanuel assisted me with my policy. He was very professional, extremely helpful and made sure I received the best rates!
