My experience their was the worst experience I ever step foot in , the manager talk to crazy and you seem dumb and they were swear to God drinking alcohol and party outside the store the employees I couldn’t believe it sad … only one guy felt comfortable with working minding own business I salute to him I wish got his name .. but everyone Corporate need check with them asap

Per the manager, if your battery is under warranty, the customer needs to take out the old battery and install the new battery. If that is correct that warrenty stipulation should be shared with the customer in advance. The manager talks down to customers.

I was in this morning to change a low beam on my car and the customer service was extremely bad. I had never been treated like this in an Autozone store, there was a boy who didn't stop chewing gum and for that reason I didn't understand what he was saying, I feel disappointed.

The staff here was extremely helpful.Especially, there's a lady by the name of Savonne Adams and Marcel, they offered me and my pastor a great assistance. We were looking for the replacement part to fix my car after going through a long search. Thank you again to the staff for making my trip go much more smooth. I want to say that they should keep up the good work. Thank you.

I went to this autozone in Randallstown and early in the morning and I have to say I was simply disgusted with the customer service. I came in nobody spoke I had spoke first, some of the staff was sitting on the counters on their phones just terribly unprofessional. When I was ready to check out, one guy told me “I’m on the phone”. The other salesperson had to ring me up and just had a very bad and nasty attitude. Won’t ever come to this particular establishment again.

The staff here was extremely helpful. They set aside a part for me and then gave me a great recommendation for a service center nearby. Thank you again to the staff for making my trip go much more smoothly!

Called today looking for a part. The young lady (red shirt) who answered the phone was very helpful in not only finding and actually physically locating the (1) part the cpu system stated was in stock but also calling another store to confirm they had another part physically in stock. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. I had called several other store before calling this location and the cust svc experience was from this. Keep and value her. She'll be in a gray shirt in no time with svc like this.

Just came from this location and had a great experience!Needed a rear wiper blade for my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The sales associate (don't want to mess up her name but it began with an S... think her name was Savonne) was very helpful. She located the part I needed and even put it on my vehicle for me!

Went there to buy a battery. I got home and it was the wrong battery. The the short lazy troll looking black guy gave me the wrong battery I never got a I'm sorry no nothing. Trollamite said it must have been in the wrong spot. How about check the product before you give it to the customer. He is a LAZY so and so. All Randallstown resident if you go to Autozone and you get a black short troll looking store worker double check your product for accuracy before you have to go back. Yes I'm still mad. The lady was the best.

Had an error in choice of halogen lamp bulb I bought for my Toyota Venza. Told the store assistant that I needed a low beam set instead of the high beam set. Unfortunately I opened the pack before I noticed the mistake. When I came back to report and get clarification, I met a different person at the register. We were trying to figure out what went wrong because I came with the old bulb this time and he explained to me and I told him immediately that the fault was mine. I then asked him to bring the right one but before we could continue, a lady (supervisor?) there just interjected loudly that I have to take the former pack that they cannot accept a return. (She was in the store when I came earlier). I calmly told her that we have no problems here. I took the right bulb set, paid and left but her very rude behavior gave me a peek into what would have happened if they had been at fault.Lousy customer service.
