Either update your operating hours or actually stick to them. It clearly says you close at 5:30 PM, but I got there at 5:10 PM and the office was already locked. I drove 50 minutes to get there, only to be met with a locked door and zero explanation. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Don’t waste people’s time if you can’t honor your listed hours.
