  I just left this store today when I tell you this man name Marcus really help me with great customer service in was helpful with his service the store was well put together in clean found what i needed it was definitely better then months ago when I attended great turn around for this store

  Staff here was very helpful, and store was very organized with items easy to find. I would recommend shopping at this location.

  I don’t like to give bad reviews but The manager at this store is very rude and nasty. She never helps you if you ask her for help. Other employees are very friendly but the older lady(manager) does not qualify to be in charge of this store.

  This is worst junkie dirty store that I every been. Always close at random hours, which should be opened. Inventory is low or outdated. Too many boxes everywhere, which make it too hard to maneuver around the store; and not safe. Police aways there for an incident. The Manager is very rude to her employees and customers. I rather go to Target and grocery stores to shop. At least I will get better quality of products and service.

  1 star isn't good enough 4 this store I've never been 2 dollar general & they closed this time of the day I've come here mayb 5x's & 2 outta 5 they open I see only ppl inside but they got a note on the door saying sorry 4 inconvenience we r closed they r some horrible business ppl they coming out smoking cigarettes but u can't open up & stock ppl needs 2 work early b 4 the store opens or after they closed one never & I'm done never will sorry store never go here plz save your energy 4 a better store

  Went into the store and bought 4 items got to the counter and asked if I could have the bag doubled because I was walking and I didn't want my stuff to fall out of bag because it happened before. The young lady told me she is not allowed because of the manager and that I needed to have at least 5 items in order to give extra bag. Went and got another item and a male staff opened another cash register and called me next to come to him and I told him what had just happened. He doubled the bag and I said she could have charged me for the bag but he said they couldn't. Whatever it is just make it make sense, why should I have a 5 item limit in order to get a extra plastic bag. ?And now I know if I ever patronize this store again to just bring a heavy bag with me.April 10th, 2023

  This dollar general is always closed. So many people come to this dollar general and they are always closed. They lose lots of money. With the other management it was never closed, but now it’s closed at least 3-4 times a week. If this store go out of business it’s because of management not sales. Very unfortunate losing lots of money due to poor management.

  For the most part this store is ok, but I would like if they would make us customers aware that they aren’t open. It’s 9:02am in 12/16 and the store still isn’t open even though it says open at 8am. So many people waiting outside and not a sign in sight

  Terrible terrible very u organized! Rude employees that claim to be the manager. Wrong prices on everything. Tried to purchase Aveeno face wash said one thing on the shelf price & $5 more when rang up would price adjust. Never returning

  The staff is always nice and professional for their given circumstances. They always greet me, remember me, and exchange pleasantries. The store however needs better management it’s a filthy, rodent infested, disrepair we and unorganized mess. People shouldn’t have to work or shop in those conditions. Just because you plop your store on liberty rd doesn’t mean let it fall apart. You are part of the problem infecting this neighborhood of homeowners from having clean and decent shopping experiences. Bringing down our property values is highly suspect. Hire more staff, stock better florals, decor & essentials like the others and remodel that hell hole!

  This was my first time at the dollar general and by far it’s going to be my last …I was in line waiting patiently because there was only one cashier at the time a gentleman come up and decide to help out because Female sales associate was blown up to birthday balloons as well he said next customer in line as he goes to ring me The credit card machine was not working and the line was long he asked me could I pay with cash but I didn’t I have cash on me he said he was not able to assist me so I have to go back and get in line…Meaning he wanted me to start from the back of the line but I wanted to make sure so I asked him and he said yes I really did not understand why should I have to start from the back of the line when he could have got the Other sale associate To assist me once she’s finished ring up the customer that she already had .. I was in line and was the next customer..My experience was beyond horrible I would never come here again so I left out without receiving any items that I wanted Because I really refuse to stand back in line behind 10 to 12 more people Awful customer service And if it was possible I would have gave this dollar general zero stars for wasting my time …This just was so rude I’m just in disbelief right now…

  This store is much needed in the neighborhood.I have been a customer for about 10 years.Its very accommodating for household items, cosmetics, quick personal items etc.with afforfable prices. The staff through out the years are sometimes great and sometimes maybe not. However one manager , Mr Meech is always helpful and professional. The store was very well equipped through the pandemic also.The store appearance is no messier than any other Dollar General or Family Dollar.I have seen the employees work very hard to stock the shelves with their shipments in a timely manner. During their closng i pray tnat they have satisfied the Heath Department's orders.They were really missed and i am Happy about tne reopening..
