I did not have a charger for my phone and I was panicked kennedy behind the desk was so sweet and offered me hers but I couldn’t use it so she printed me out Mapquest directions what an angel.

Been renting here for close to 10 years, sad Brandon left but happy atleast Mikes still there. Property cleanliness and customer service service has always been consistent with those 2. Would recommend, especially the climate controlled units, EZ pay, and insurance just in case. But whatever you get, it's still better than a lot of other places. Also most of the bad reviews on here are from or for Extra Spaces competitors, I only know because there's a small community of us here daily and they don't rent here. 2024 update the gate was broke for a few weeks, not the companies fault, but I wish the company they use for the gate would have fixed it sooner.

They were super helpful. The process was quick and he even assisted me with getting some of the heavier boxes up the stairs! Definitely think I’ll like this facility.
