Left car Wednesday morning. Did not get car back until the following Wednesday morning.Charged $98 diagnostic fee when he told me prior to bringing it in that it would cost $50. That fee should not be applied if you agree to the work being done. He stated the car was ready on Friday but he forgot to call. Instead he called on Saturday even though they were closed so he could do paperwork. Sunday they were closed. Monday they were closed due to holiday. Tuesday he was short staffed due to holiday so I couldn't be picked up. Wednesday I made my own arrangements to pickup my car. I received no apology for my inconvenience and the charges were in my opinion were over the top for the work performed.I was referred to him by a "regular customer"He too was shocked and disappointed in the price and delays. He wanted to intervene but i like knowing who im dealing with, when spending my money. An apology and an adjustment in the bill should have been offered to make it right for me as a new customer who they should want to keep.At this point I would not recommend due to prices and poor customer service.STANLEY I LOST TIME & MONEY. YOU LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND POTENTIAL FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS I COULD HAVE BOUGHT TO YOU.I CONSIDERED FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND THE CC COMPANY. BUT I'LL RELY ON KARMA

Griffins does Auto Repair and Customer Service right. My family has trusted them with our vehicles for years. Recently I needed them to replace damaged wiring, and as usual they went above and beyond, getting me an extension for the emissions inspection and inflating a tire that was low.Services: Electrical repair

They take care of my two work trucks and and my wife's car. Been using them for years. Very honest and knowledgeable mechanics, which is invaluable. I would recommend them too anyone. Stan is the man!

I dropped my car off on Monday night on Tuesday afternoon, I received a call from Matt saying that the oxygen sensor maybe bad,he asked if he had permission to order the part,I told him yes,he then said that he would call me back ,which he never did.I called him back he stated oh I forgot to give you a call he then said that he would order the part and my vehicle should be ready late Wednesday or early Thursday morning. I arrive at the shop Thursday morning at 1045 because again no communication once there I was told that they could not find a work order ticket or my keys,and was told that I didn't give them permission to order the part so nothing was done.2 days wasted in the shop.they finally found my keys,I got them and left.bad customer service, bad vibe. I don't know if they treat all of their customers like that or just those of color that's the vibe that I am referring to.Sad!!!!!
