We went to KFC and unfortunately, the place was extremely dirty. The lobby floor was sticky and covered in soda. Countertops, tables, chairs and floors were all dirty and it was obvious that the place was not being cleaned on a daily basis. It was disappointing to see the restaurant in this condition at the time of opening. I couldn't help but wonder if the kitchen area was as dirty as the lobby. We left!!!!!!!!!!

This is NOT the same chicken recipe! I grew up eating the KFC CHICKEN, delicious coleslaw & biscuits. This was awful! Bring back our tradition . Please!!!

I live near this KFC. They posted closing at 11:00 PM. On multiple occasions I have arrived at this restaurant at 9:30 PM and was told they have no chicken. No fried chicken at all, of any type. It happened again last night at 9:30. Clearly this is poor management and poor service. Owners should be aware that the management team at this restaurant is poor. They consistently miss opportunities to meet customers needs and make sales. Poor Service.

I was pretty hungry so I stopped here for a quick bite. Big mistake. The drive-through was empty so it did not take very long to order or get my food. I ordered a chicken little, which if you are unaware, is a single chicken tender between a bun. I was shocked to find it is now $3. Like I said for a single chicken tender on a bun. I'd already ordered and she did not tell me my total until I got to the window. The chicken little was extremely mediocre. It had double the amount of mayonnaise necessary and I did not order extra mayo. It was small and a very disappointing for the price, I wasn't expecting a huge piece of chicken I know the Chicken Little is just a chicken tender. But it's no longer a good value at all

Placed an order online and picked it up in store. The food I was given was not fresh at all. Totally greasy, stale, and hard chicken. I paid almost $40 and the food was horrible. The workers were doing their best to manage the place but there is not excuse for the disgusting food being served.The restaurant was completely out of ice. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and the bathroom smelled like sewer water.I stopped going to KFC years ago because the quality had gone down so much but I decided to give them another try... TERRIBLE MISTAKE!!!KFC continues to increase prices but the food quality continues to decline. Unfortunately, I'm no longer willing to take a chance with KFC ever.

Greetings, to say that I am beyond disappointed is a undertone. During my visit I attempted to purchase a few meals for my mother, My children, and myself. Getting to the drive thru I was advised that the ice machine is broken and the drinks would be warm. I asked "Can there be a substitution of some kind instead of a warm drink?" Apparently the training manager takes over the questioning and was very rude and stated "No we DONT DO THAT, EITHER YOU PAY FULL PRICE AND GET A WARM DRINK OR ORDER TENDERS ALONE!" She was extremely rude and her attitude was unwarranted. I asked her: "I am certain that today has been long and I am just asking what my options are whether it be a side alternative or a price differentiation, I know you didn't mean to talk to me like this and it is Sunday so I can imagine you have been really busy." She again snaps and says "My day is fine and I am having a blessed day actually." I asked for her name and the number to corporate as she says that she is the manager with this poor demeanor. She says "I DONT HAVE TO TAKE YOUR ORDER AND I AM NOT DEALING WITH THIS AND GIVING YOU ANYTHING!" I at this point get out of my car and see her talking to a woman of Latino origin who tried to smooth over the issue. No one provided an apology or name. I was able to purchase my order and given an additional side for the drink but my food was inedible the tenders were so old we could not bite into them and too hard to feed my small children because they were a choking hazard. The training manager was an African American female with short hair and a lady on the plus side of things. I held my peace for several reasons it was in fact a long day, I was in clergy attire, and at no point was I nasty and my family and I didn't deserve to be treated like that! I am looking forward to a reach out. I received trash service and trash food to match and no one deserves that treatment. Your manager in training needs to be let go immediately.

Worst one I've ever Geena to. They messed up my order, gave me my drinks with no ice, then the manager gave me an attitude when I complained.
