Reeks was an awesome rep! She was patient and understanding with the customers. I went to the store two days in a row to take care of an issue with my iphone(s). After the second day I got service activated. May the God I serve continue to be with you in whatever you do in you life.

If I could give them zero stars that would be best. I went into making inquiries about getting new phones and switching over and the lady at the desk her behavior was as if I was disturbing her she was not helpful she was nonchalant and generally Not interested in helping. I advise you to go to a different store and get much better customer service.
