pep boys are a joke & bunch of frauds, told me they could not do my alignment cause “i crashed my car” i said i did not crash my car & i said what’s the reason they could not give a brief reason what’s wrong with the car, bunch of mediocre mechanics in there i definitely won’t be back

The time to install my new tires were reasonable and the price was reasonable. The mechanics and the manager were very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, it only took 1 day for the tires I ordered from the Pep Boys website to reach the store.

Only one tech available service took 2 .5 hrs to perform a 1 hr service as indicated by service manager - Computers were down and customers were leaving

My daughter went to Pep Boys yesterday because she had a problem with her car and they was rude to her not very nice at all and and I know that they wouldn’t treat their parents like that. I would never go to Pep Boys because of that thank you you and Manager need to know that And take Care of your problem

It's 8:25 and we're still sitting outside
Edit: I'm bumping my rating from one star to three stars because I won't fault the mechanics that arrived on time. The gentleman at the front truly deserves 10 stars for his honesty, patience and professionalism but the manager at this location is trash and deserves no stars. Seriously, promote this guy in the front, HE has what it takes to run a tight ship

Dropped my car off for a tire and rim swap 6 days ago and it’s still not completed. When I call they have no information or any idea of when it’ll be done. They’ve told me to “call back tomorrow” everyday for the last 4 days. They say they’re waiting on the wheel to come in but there’s no tracking numbers, no supplier contact info, doesn’t seem like they know if the parts even been sent at all. Unbelievably frustrating.
This much delay on something this straightforward is quite simply unacceptable. Avoid this location if at all possible.

My rating of 5 stars is based on the quality of service, the cost, and the professionalism received. Will was friendly, with a pleasant attitude. The work was completed sooner than I was promised. When I'm in need of tires again, I will definitely go to Pep Boys in Randallstown!

The staff at Pep Boys were professional and efficient. They accurately diagnosed the problem, discussed with me what repairs were needed and had the vehicle ready to go by mid-afternoon. I will likely use them for future maintenance.
