Store associates are rude everytime I come in there. The posted time on the website is different than what they printed out and posted on the door. You can’t return anything only exchange at that store.which is different that the rainbow policy. If you can go to a different rainbow, then do so. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I arrived to make a return on 4/5, but the store closed early. I returned on 4/6 and explained what happened and they accepted my return with no issues. The entire staff was friendly, from the time I arrived. Thank you for the awesome customer service from the staff to the manager that approved my return.

Rainbow is a great place to shop for a quick outfit. The only problem is that they will not let you go in the dressing room to try on any clothes which is not good.

The guy who be there at closing time, is the rudest. He ran up to the door and locked it 25 minutes ɓefore closing hours as i approached with a Rainbow bag in y hand to make a return. When i was there at a pervious occasion it was nasty dispoition with the cashier. Wow..no customer service at all..period. Straight Rude! Don't go to Randallstown Rainbow!!!

I visited Rainbow to exchange a piece of damaged jewelry, and the experience was very disappointing. From the moment I walked in, no one greeted me. When I approached the cashier she was unwelcoming & unfriendly. The overall customer service was poor, and it left a bad impression. I hope they work on improving their customer services skills at this location.

The manager here...terrible! So rude and unwelcoming. All the other employees look miserable too. I speak from experience, if you have rude, disrespectful and unwelcoming managers, your employees will be too. I went in on 9/27 at 4pm and didn't buy a thing because she was so unpleasant. She yelled a little girl for looking at a shoe. Smh. Do better!

This is the WORST rainbow location EVER! The manager here is so unwelcoming lacks customer service and friendliness. She speaks very nastily to customers. She needs formal customer service training. I’ve given this location multiple tries and I continue to get subpar service. Don’t ask for anything here, it’s as if you’re bothering them. Totally unacceptable

I like shopping at rainbow stores for the plus sizes. However, try to get a size up. Some of the clothes sizes runs small.

Horrible customer service the worst waited 15 minutes to be rung up with only 5 ppl in the store and just me in the line then asked the young lady putting up clothes could she get someone to ring me up just nothing didn’t even give me eye contact I will be going else where

Me and several other customers came here on July 13, 2023 and the store is closed and the lights are off. Its 12:00pm in the afternoon and it says they open at 10am.
