I routinely get gas for my vehicles here because the prices are usually the best in the Owings Mills Blvd (Owings Mills) / Liberty Road (Randallstown) area. I highly recommend downloading the Upside app where you can get additional savings on already low gas prices. I also recommend their service shop because they quoted me a price for new brake pads / coated (rust proof) rotors that was FAR less than the Pep Boys and some of the other shops in Owings Mills / Randallstown. I had very positive and enjoyable interactions with the service crew and the owners and would highly recommend this place.

05/26/2024- Stopped here to fill up my gas tank! Gas is up again on price! I paid around $48.86 for half a tank! Nice location. Cool staff. Gases up! Let’s go!

Stopped in to get gas because I have the shell rewards and they have a little discount. Their prices are a little higher than other gas stations but with the rewards it comes out to about the same. They do not have a car wash at this location but they do have a repair shop. I didn't walk in and paid at the pump so don't know how the store is. Not much rakes to say since I was just there for a few minutes to fill up. I'm

Worst service ever. Owner yelled at my husband and over chargerd him. $250 to change lugs for a tire 20 minutes of work. Went across the street they charged $100. He seen us in distress (wheel fell off in traffic) and took advantage. Such a shame the greediness of people in the world today. I will NEVER recommend them for service on anyone's vehicle.

I usually go in the evening, and the employees are always pleasant, however when I went in before work this morning September 28th 630 am, the man working the cash register was extremely rude and refused to let me pay 2 dollars in quarters and the rest in cash for a 10 dollar purchase. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but I walked there and it was all I had on me. I tried to explain it to him but he repeatedly refused me service and kept arguing with me. I ended up not being able to buy what I went in for and it ruined my whole morning. I've done similar transactions many times in the afternoon and I've never had an issue. Thanks a lot man. I hope your day is a lot better than you made my morning.

It was Aug. 31, 2020 when I needed air for my tires. I went to this gas station to get air. They had 2 choices as forms of payment. I used my credit card first, the machine said it was offline, so I placed $1.75 in quarters to pay for air, the machine did not work and will not return my money. I went to the cashier to let him know, he told me "he has nothing to do with the air machine and refused to refund my money but he asked me how much I placed in the machine. Very rude and very poor customer service.

I received horrible service. I tried to use my fuel rewards points and it didn't accept it. I went in to ask the clerk for options. His response was I don't know about that just pay here. I asked for clarification as I thought it was a shell initiative. He responded again in a louder more aggressive tone, just pay here how much do you want. I kindly thanked him and found another shel. I will never visit this location again.
