I called multiple times to make sure that they had what I needed in stock before I made a 30 min trip . The first few times the phone kept ringing with no answer. I made one final attempt and after the phone rang off the hook someone finally answered ,so I asked if the product I needed was in stock and if it was .how much a bag of it would cost…?The young man said .. hold on let me verify. I was on hold for so long that I myself forgot I was out on hold. Lol I’m not complaining.. this is just funny . They are good people but probably super busy or just under staffed. I reverse a discount lol jk .

Saving inventory or false advertisement?
Last night, 120+ pellets available, woke up 81 before the store opens. Drive 30 miles one way to be there before the doors open, I'm the first paying customer and there are 6-8 bags of pellets soaked in the rain totally useless. I go back in & Greg tells me they sold a pallet, well that's 50. Where is the 30+? That's what I got..........Nice, 60 mile round trip for nothing. Inventory seemed to show them selling through the night but useless when they open and your first.
Save your time and call first instead of assuming, even then good luck on the straight answer.
Oh, when I get home their inventory shows 0.
Yeah I bet it does Greg!
Will never spend money in this store again, on purpose.

Great experience with Anthony ! He’s at the Randallstown location. An item arrived with a small item missing. Spoke to Anthony and a few hours later the missing piece arrived! Outstanding customer service . Kudos to Anthony ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I come here for work gear often and usually never have a problem with employees but today I did. Dark skin woman with locks is lazy as hell. No type of work ethic. Now the short light skin dude he works hard. Get rid of her and give that dude a raise and promotion before you let the only good employee you got move on somewhere else.

Great place to pick up supplies for all kinds of various yard, field or heavy duty crafting/work. Also a great spot to get all my feeds, seeds & supplies for my many animals!

Me and my family came to this store at 7:59 pm not aware of the new hours and the store “manger” told us we weren’t able to come inside. Even with the new hours we should have still been able to come in. This store will go down hill with this new management if this continues to happen.

I go there at least once every two weeks to give my dog a bath and do a little shopping .
The pet washing station for the most part is in good shape most of the time, but there are a rare occasions where there are towels left on the floor, but for the most part, it’s pretty clean.
All the staff is very friendly, and the store is very clean.

I called the store at 6:21pm asked what time does the Pet wash closes. The “manager” said 8pm. I arrived at the store at 6:45pm a 25 minute drive later. Just for them to deny me and my dog service due to it being occupied. They didn’t care that it wasn’t even 7pm yet to deny services from me and pet. They wouldn’t even let us wait atleast until 7:30pm to check the status of availability. I’m very disappointed and offended.

I just stopped in and purchased a replacement lawnmower that I saw online. An available, and helpful teamember pointed me to the lawnmower section where a new one sat in a box on a shelf. I grabbed a cart, paid the cashier, and was on my way. It was as simple as that and I'll be sure to consider Tractor Supply Co. next time I need home improvement stuff.

My recent visit to Tractor Supply's pet washing station was disappointing. The facility was unsanitary, and essential supplies like pet shampoo and towels were lacking. Until improvements are made, I can't recommend it to other pet owners.

I went there this weekend and was so happily surprised how helpful the staff was. We needed to top off our 40 gallon propane tank and also purchase another 40 gallon tank. The man who did this for us was patient and helpful and very professional as was his manager who had to assist us as well. I also purchased something from the store for mouse control and someone came by and asked if I needed help...very good team work here. The cashier, Tommy, was such a nice helpful man too. TOTAL THUMBS up to this Tractor Supply store. THNX guys
