Customer service here is superb, i am very thankful the associates at this location were helpful, they listened and was very pleasant . I made a mistake and mistyped my address on the shipping address. However, i still received my packages , i wrote a letter to the carrier to make them aware . Ty has a great attitude , he is truly a great asset , Ma. Lola is always pleasant. Thank you usps

Very slow and the workers move slow on purpose only 2 customer representatives while 15 people stand in line waiting for service. Very nice cashiers

This is my favorite post office. The employees here are engaging and kind. Ty is my favorite, he is knowledgeable and very helpful. I ship my handmade hats from here regularly and it has become a highlight of my sales process.

I am so dismayed at this post office. I sent a priority package on Friday December 20th. This package arrived destination and its content was STOLEN by the post office workers I don’t care if it is just one person. Like why will I go to the post office and put cotton buds only. It had my UV light nail polish in it plus my make up from foundation to everything it was taken away. I lay a curse on that individual, WHATEVER PAIN I HAVE GONE THROUGH in this land to toil and get what I need MAY THE GODS OF my household transfer every difficult situation in my life triple fold till their 15TH GENERATION. They will never see light, they will struggle in everything with life, from living life only it will be a struggle till their 15TH GENERATION. So mote it BE

This location is very worst. I means extremely worst and lazy set of delivery personnel. When I first moved in, they kept on misplacing my mails and putting in different mail box. I ordered a package from Amazon said to be a second day delivery, the lady came to deliver… was looking at her not knowing she’s to deliver my package, this lady sat right in the delivery bus, no attempt to bring my package down, no attempt to call me for help, she just marked it as ‘package can’t fit into mail box’ please who the H delivery a whole desk inside a mail box ??? If u guys can’t deliver stuffs stop collecting it ! I paid extra for second day delivery and u guys are telling me to come and pick up at your location ?! If I want to pick up I won’t be paying for the delivery. You guys need to do extremely much better. I went to pick up my package the last time after u guys held it in your facility for almost 2 weeks without attempting to deliver. Now its telling me it will be delivered nxt Wednesday, a package meant to be delivered last Wednesday.

The US postal service and this location in particular is a joke. My mail is delivered at my residence at no consistent time (morning to 8 or 9pm) as well as frequently skipping numerous days. Sometimes we get mail delivery on Sunday. The Randallstown Marriottsville letter carrier is -1star awful!

If this is the location of randallstown I want to give a shout out to MISS LOLA she helped me tremendously. I think all of the postal workers are just so nice no matter what location I go to put MISS LOLA was extremely nice and helpful
