The pharmacy line (inside) can be very VERY slow. I have been in line for nearly 10 minutes and only one person has been helped. It appears that the drive through line take precedence, which can be very off putting when you are in line (inside) but you have to wait for the 2+cars that pull up after you've been waiting. I have had situations where my prescription was filled and no one called to inform me. Or, they say a prescription will be ready in 30min and it isn't. The pharmacy leaves (sometimes) a lot to be desired in terms of customer service. There have been many instances where I needed medication and I was told that it would be several hours to, make it, but it's a pain med and all the person needed to do was pull the big bottle and put my prescribed amount in a little bottle. They have GREAT sales and coupons. The staff members are generally helpful and friendly. The store can sometimes be messy. Staff often restocks during the day which creates undo clutter.

ALWAYS a line both inside and at the drive-thru. Scripts are still "not ready" after you have received a call/text the day before saying that it IS ready.

The pharmacist amd tech are.some the most nicest professional staff I have, I have been with Walgreens pharmacy at this location for.over 10+ years and I have never had mor 1 problem getting refills amd newly prescription. I give them a 10. Thank you team for your care amd professional 8to me

Worst customer experience ever! Ordered photos in a different walgreens store and they were not aware of the order after i got the message that the order was ready. They asked to send another order and this time to pick up from this location. The next day the person who even happened to be the manager of this store asked for the payment which was already paid the other day and refused to call the other walgreens to verify. Had to leave the store without my order. Very very disappointed

It would be nice if inventory was checked before taking the prescription an getting a phone call an hour later informing you they don't have it. What a time killer in such a busy area with traffic.

Told me my prescription would be ready in about 30 minutes. 3 hours later it still wasn't ready. Took another 90 minutes before it was. No one should be given a pick up time that is 4 hours off.

They did not open on time at all. The door said 8am and I called the other location to reach the store. She was surprised too that the store was closed. She had to call her store manager in order to report the issue.

The pharmacist is one of the rudest people I have met in a while. Fred or Freddie has no business working with people. First he was rude to my wife on the phone. Second he was rude to me as I was attempting to get inhalers for my son. Third he was rude to an elderly gentleman standing in line. As a former soldier I cant tolerate disrespect. Next time I come to visit Maryland I pray I dont have to encounter this grumpy guy again.

I've stopped by this location a couple times recently to grab some items that were on sale and I also had coupons for. The store isn't very well stocked and they only ever have 1 or 2 registers opened. I would call ahead to ask if they have the items you are looking for. If you don't see it on the shelf, ask, because it may be in the back room. Kind and patient employees and managers from what I've seen, and I'm very thankful for that.
