Today I went in and spent over 200 on groceries and needed items. The cashier I had was less than helpful. I'm 65 an obviously have physical issues. You know the YOUNG man just stared at me as I moved as fast as I could to bag and load up my order. He played on his phone 🤳. Guess that was more important. I told guest service gentleman and the police man there about it. Told him one day a senior is going to have a heart attack right there because no one cares to help. This happened on September 11th/ 25. Seniors be prepared to do things ALL on your own. That is ok I have many other options for shopping don't need to go there where I am not wanted .....

They have all of the normal things you'd find at Walmart, EXCEPT for self checkout, the lines are ALWAYS long because of this

Always worst experience. Please hire more cashiers. People walking around store doing nothing but lines are packed from front to back. Other Walmart stores are able to manage this better. Please try their customer service motto at your store to be more accommodating to customers. Hope you consider improving customer experience at your location. Liberty road Randallstown Maryland store.

The whole team here takes their jobs seriously and does everything possible to give their customers a good experience. Today 3 different team members went out of their way to look up a discounted bike for me and find the information I needed.

Shut this place down!! Management is a circus act. Workers are a bunch of kids that are only hired because they breathe oxygen, no morals!! Worst Walmart in the entire state of Maryland!!

The wait time on line was terrible there are no self check out I understand the reasons for that but it certainly slowed down getting out of that store they needed to have all the register open or hire more cashiers the experience was terrible and this is not the first time or maybe open another walmart in the area??
