We were moving and had an aggressive schedule. I called to schedule a 20 yard dumpster for a certain date and time. They confirmed delivery with me the day before. They were on time, professional and polite. I gave them 1 days notice to pick up and they picked up on time. I highly recommend this company! Thank you Harvey

Big Red Dumpster is the best in my eyes!! Kat is always wonderful at keeping in touch with me and helping me get an appropriate dumpster delivered wherever/whenever I need it!!! I've been using them for the last 15 years!! I swear by them! Best prices around!

I have ordered 3 dumpsters so far from this company in the last few years. Mrs. Cat is who keeps me coming back. She is a down to earth lady that makes it easy to schedule a dumpster. My last experience entailed getting a swap out as I didn’t get a large enough dumpster. I called in the morning and sure enough Mrs. Cat had them swapped out by the afternoon. The original gentleman that dropped the first dumpster called me to check with me about the placement of the dumpster instead of just assuming where to put it. I am very thankful for that. All in all a great experience on my end.

Called and scheduled the dumpster. Very friendly at first. The morning it was supposed to be delivered they called and said the driver was there, after telling them I never heard him knock and will be right down, the driver left.they returned later that day after I had to move my schedule around to be home(mind the fact I had to work on the ambulance that day and called out).When I scheduled the pick up on Wednesday they never showed, never called never contacted anyone. I called the next day and she said she had a truck down and hoped to have it picked up Friday. They didn’t show till Saturday. No telling us anything besides the truck was down.After they picked up the dumpster in mid August, we weren’t charged till a month later for over weight fees. And today we where charged for a double trip due to them leaving when they called to drop the dumpster off.I called in and tried to talk to her. From the time she answered the phone till I got irritated and hung up the phone she sounded like she had a attitude and was arguing with me about everything I said. No phone calls or txt to tell us we would be charged any Extra fees, or a notice that it would be showing up on my bank statement.I’ve used company’s before and will use others and pay more before I even think of calling them. Unprofessional from the front desk to the drivers to Communication, to charging people extra 3months after everything is said and done.I would recommend my truck and my time over them.

Great customer service! Kat is very accommodating and friendly. Delivery driver was prompt and friendly as well. Been using them since 2015 and wouldn't use anyone else. Lowest price out there. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not using Big Red Dumpster.

I have used other dumpster companies in the past. BRD has some of the best rates. They dropped off the dumpster when it was scheduled and picked up the dumpster when they said they would. I got a receipt for the weight and photo copy off it. There were no surprise charges. The drivers were fast and curtious as well as Kat who took my order. Perhaps the prior bad reviews has helped them change how they do business. I would recommend them based off of my experience.

Placed an order for a dumpster to be dropped off. They never delivered or had courtesy to call. I called them to check on it and they said let me check and I'll call you back which they never did. Save your time and use someone else. This place is a joke.

I signed a contract for one of their dumpsters. $395 for 14 days including delivery, pickup, and 3000#. The contract states that if I went over the initial 14 days the would be a $140 charge for "up to an additional 14 days". If I went beyond this there would be another charge of $140 for "up to an additional month". I knew that I would be keeping the dumpster for an extended time. They delivered the dumpster and put several deep ruts in my yard - I let it slide. They put two gouges in my driveway - no big deal. However, then the pestering started. Two weeks later I get a call from Kat asking if the dumpster is ready for pickup. I told her "no" and that I would call her when I needed it picked up (which is what the contract specifies). The following Friday she calls again...same conversation. Then again the following Friday, and again, and again. Finally, this past Wednesday I sent he a message that I wanted pickup on the 23rd. Her response last night was "SIR, WE WILL BE PICKING UP YOUR DUMPSTER TOMORROW, SATURDAY MORNING. IT IS A 14 DAY RENTAL AND YOU HAVE HAD IT AN ADDITIONAL 5 WEEKS. PLEASE MAKE SURE THERE ARE VEHICLES OR MATERIALS BLOCKING YOUR DUMPSTER. THANK YOU". I tried calling her number but it blocks calls, a reply text message could not be delivered. Calls to the office went to voicemail. At 8:30am they picked up the dumpster more than a week before I requested pick up. Needless to say I will be disputing their charges and will never use them again. Their long term rental rates are attractive but their lack of professionalism is laughable.

I called and spoke to Kat at Big Red Dumpster in order to rent a dumpster for a remodeling project we did on our home. She was courteous, professional and went out of her way to assist me in finding the proper dumpster to fit my needs. The dumpster arrived on time and it was removed when scheduled. I will definitely be using them again.Edit|Delete

A locked metal wheel on the dumpster totally dug into my pavers as it skidded down my driveway. When removing the dumpster same locked wheel totally scratched the pavers even more so. My guess is that they will never fix wheel and it will continue to scratch up other people's driveway.

Do not use this company. The driver parked the dumpster on my garage door, bending it causing door and frame damage. I have pictures of the dumpster parked on the door and witnesses who saw it. I called the company to ask them to fix what they broke but they said their driver did not do that. I am filing a claim with the BBB. I never write online reviews or have ever contacted the BBB about any company. This company is so horrible that I had to post.

Awful experience.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If it was possible to give 0 starts I would. I dealt directly with Kat on all the issues listed below. Our company signed a contract with Big Red Dumpster for a 30 ft dumpster however, they delivered only a 20ft. When they tried to pick up the dumpster after we were done they said that it was too heavy and we would have to either pay for another dumpster or take materials out. After calling them out on delivering the wrong dumpster and explaining there was no way it was too heavy, Kat then said she would have another driver come out. It was at this time her story changed and she said that they could not pick up the dumpster the first time because it was blocked in. When I asked about getting a credit for them giving us a smaller dumpster she stated that there would not be any credit given! When they finally came to pick up the dumpster the driver was extremely rude to our customer. He was cussing and throwing things. This is completely ridiculous! Not only did they screw us on what dumpster we ordered but then their driver was completely rude and disrespectful to our customer!!! We will NEVER use this company again! They charged us for a more expensive dumpster that we never received and were completely disrespectful to our customer!!!

They are only receiving one star because it's the only way I could write a review. They hit my house with the dumpster and damaged the frame of my garage when they came to pick it up. When a claim was filed they were completely unresponsive and then finally denied that anything happened. Now I'm left with a damaged house! Do not recommend for use ever!

I have had nothing but a positive experience with this company. Kat in the office was extremely kind, helpful, and empathetic on the phone. Their prices were extremely reasonable. The driver who dropped off the dumpster was also very nice and helpful - even waiting for me as I tried to back up out of the garage (to make sure I could get out with dumpster placement) and even moving it a little to make it easier. They called to follow-up and provided options for pick-up and to make sure if I was ready for it to be picked up. When I asked what time they did the pick-up, Kat picked up on my tone and asked if I wanted them to do a later afternoon pick-up so I could still use it in the morning and part of the day; I said that would be great! I received a message later in the day offering to be able to keep it through the weekend at no additional fee (if I wanted -which I did!) because their driver had a heavy schedule on Friday. I'm not sure about the other reviews on here, but my experience with both the office and the driver has been nothing short of wonderful. A+ service and experience. Highly recommend them.
