I spoke with two different branches, randallstown, and reisterstown, and neither one could answer simple questions about different checking accts they offered. The lady at randallstown didn't even know the branch was in RANDALLSTOWN, wth.They won't be getting my money

They need a new underwriting department. I asked the barrow $7500. I have half that in my account and have $1500.00 automatically deposit in my account and they still didn't approve me To top it off i've been a loyal customer for twenty years. That's what you get for banking with small banks.

Very rude to their customers. I go to cash checks for my grandmother and they made a smart remark about "maybe you should get a debit card" then I told them I'm not there for me. They never answered back. Never going back. I'll go to the westminster branch first.

I just had the most disgusting experience at this branch. I went in to change my address but was told they couldn't assist me right then, the encounter was disturbing because there was nobody in there but the bank employees and myself. I was very confused why they could not assist me, they had NO other customers to serve at that time. I had to waste gas driving to another location where I had to wait in line but atleast the teller there took my new info and updated their system within 2 mins. The whole ordeal have me shopping for a new financial institution.

Very poor customer at all locations, they do not care about their customers. Consistently wasting my time to make appointments. I’ve had this bank for 5 years and the experience i have encountered during the 2020 pandemic has set me so far back they did not once help even when it was time to retrieve my money. Let’s just say thank god for Wells Fargo!

This is the most unprofessional bank I have ever went to. The tellers are so rude an lazy. Only one person in the entire bank wants to work. Now that they think they have some kind of control they are extra lazy and rude. Choose another bank. Unless you like rude service and going to the bank is your only outing because you will be there for a while even if you're the only person they are waiting on. Remember life is full of options..

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely rude and unproffesional! Fiance and I arrive around 4:30 yesterday. Not one person in front of us. The rep walked in the back, and never came back. Tellers stated that they were with someone (complete lie). The tellers then stated "well you can make an appointment". Rediculous! I will take my business elsewhere! They clearly should not be in a customer service enviroment.

Terrible service. Arrived at 4:40pm and the woman acted like it was too late to help us. She even had the nerve to ask why we waited until the last minute. While we were there she also asked 3 Latino men who looked nothing alike if they were all there together. Insensitive and unprofessional! No thanks, I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere!
