The staff in the Suburban Westminster Office are very nice and after I called to inform them of how low my fuel tank was, they were able to deliver fuel to me within a week after my call and before we ran out. However, the delivery person still doesn't leave the ticket or invoice on my door, as requested several times, indicating how much fuel was delivered. I happened to see the truck pull out of my driveway and then checked the fuel gauge and noticed they over filled my tank (more than 80%).

Had an emergency with my heating system. BGE Home was at my house. Realized the problem was with a regulator on my tanks. Called Suburban.. a tech was at my house within 35 minutes because of propane smells. Corrected the problem and I was back with heat within the hour.When it's not an emergency we all have accepted we have to wait for any service. But knowing in an emergency they would be there asap really impressed me and kudos to all involved, from customer service rep, to dispatcher to tech. Great attitudes concern and follow through. Thanks to all.

I purchased a home where a leased suburban propane tank is located. I signed no contracts regarding suburban or the lease of the tank however they want to charge me to pick up their property. I think Betty is mistaken and seems to be upset that I chose another supplier over them. Suburban has steep prices and fees compared to the small businesses in my area. Beware suburban propane for ridiculous prices, fees, and poor customer service and obscene sense of business practices. This review is for your rude "customer service agent" Betty Kiphutt.

Had a question regarding the price and contacted Suburban Propane and they lowered the price for me. Even though I've been a customer for 25 years they didn't have to lower the price. However, they reflected on my situation and the state of seniors dealing withPresent economic problems and then they helped me tremendously by lowering my price for my Propane delivery.I have always been treated with respect and kindness by Suburban Propane. This is hard to find in our society today.I would like to recommend Suburban to the shopping public.Thank You,Vincent Martin

We had an emergent situation requiring the on-call technician, and then a full fill the next day when weather was unfavorable. I spoke to customer service to ensure we were on the list for getting a fill. The on call technician had provided all of the information and Kate, the representative I spoke with communicated so efficiently and compassionately with me, following up with me to ensure I knew the fill was able to happen. The driver made it earlier than expected, and we are grateful!

It’s a great feeling as a homeowner to know that there will never be a problem, delay or misunderstanding when calling one of the most important servicing companies you deal with. Delivery arrived on the scheduled day and the driver was very accommodating when his ticketing system was working properly. Only complaint was Suburban continues to be $.30 - $.40 more per gallon then other local suppliers. Being a long time customer, I really would like this to change.

Higher prices for gas than other sellers. Unreliable deliveries, nearly always had to call for refill of the tanks. Got another seller to inspect our tanks and found that they were two times out of their inspection and recertification cycle. Suburban didn't do anything about it, even though they should have told us. About the only thing I can say good about Suburban is that their gas burns.

Since we changed to a smaller tank, and I wasn't baking as often, I wasn't sure how soon we'd need a refill. I appreciate Suburban scheduling it for us, with the option of calling sooner if we felt we needed a delivery.Employees are always pleasant, in person or on the phone.
