they were prompt,and professional, did all the leg work finding me a side window glass that I could pick up in route and had it held for me. he was waiting for me at a nearby truckstop and had the repair done quickly. His price was very reasonable. Five stars all the way will definitely keep his number in the truck if I ever need anything in this area.

Great experience! I was having trouble finding a shop and a tow. Gave them a call scheduled a day showed up on time and changed my tire. The owner is a great guy enjoyed our conversation. Definitely will be doing more business with them in the future. Showed at 8am sharp and got to work wish I could of got him breakfast or something. Great customer service and professionalism!

My truck needed a new power steering pump, and a master cylinder because my breaks went out. Kris was able to travel to Baltimore to repair on the spot. My truck was fixed in an hour. Kris was professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend his services!

All I can say is if Kris hadn’t been in the right place at the right time I’m not sure what we would have done. He just happened to be in the same fishing spot when my car was making a terrible sound. He offered to look at it and found out what was wrong. He then went above and beyond and drove back to where we were staying the next day to fix our vehicle so we could make the 2 hour drive home. I can’t thank him enough.

Don't know what happened but Kris is no longer reliable. Talked to him numerous times, had the date/time all set, and then no show, he just drops off the face of the earth. Stopped responding and didn't even give me the courtesy of a text message reply to explain. Left a bad taste in my mouth and put me a couple of weeks behind schedule trying to find another tech with availability.

Kris has worked on our truck twice so far and wow! Amazing work, repairs done super quick, and truck not sitting at the shop for days or weeks. He rescued one of our drivers and fixed the truck on the spot so we could still make the delivery the same day! We feel so blessed to have found an amazing mechanic in our area and someone you can trust! We will refer everyone we know.
