Great experience at caliber today. They have a great staff of friendly people. Very organized and efficient. They completed the work on my daughters car in a day and fixed exactly what was needed. No extra hard sell. I appreciate their honesty in evaluating the damage and then fixing. Their labor rate is very reasonable and do not overcharge. Thanks Dylan. Great experience. Make them your first stop or go to them after you have seen someone else to verify the damage and repair. You will definatly decide to use them.

I am feeling very defeated. I thought Caliber Collision did a very nice job with my car. They even cleaned a good bit of the inside for me. However, a couple days of having it back, I noticed my front bumper was loose. I brought it back to them after they said they could probably fix it no problem. It ended up having even more hidden damage than they noticed before and the issue did not get resolved. I had hit a deer a few years ago and they are claiming that it is the fault of the other body shop. I just wish after spending almost $5,000 out of pocket that it would be fixed all the way. I am not sure who is at fault, but would love an explanation as how those pieces were not discovered then. It is just a bummer knowing that my car is basically still not fixed when I was expecting it to be. They recommended me to go to the other body shop, but why would I want to go back to them if they supposedly did a poor job? Today, I left feeling upset and disappointed.

Dropped my car off at Caliber in Rising Sun 2 days before 4th of July
Car was ready for pick up July 7th
They used Honda parts on truck
They painted n repaired as well
They let me drop off rental car their as well which saved me a longer trip
I highly recommend using this shop
The care taking of my Honda was impeccable!!!!

They did an amazing job with my vehicle inside and the exterior paint and repairs. The staff is courteous, polite, and thorough They called me every few days throughout the whole process of the repairs of my vehicle. I would most definitely refer them to family and friends or to anyone I met that was in need of repairs. They did an absolutely amazing job. Can’t thank them all enough.

Great place to great your vehicle repaired. Friendly, professional staff. Office staff Dylan, Bobbie, Nina were awesome. The Tech John knows what he is doing and did a fabulous job on my repairs.

I just picked up my prized possession from caliber collision. I can’t recommend this location in Rising Sun enough. From the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked my car back up, the customer service was excellent. I was given a thorough walk through before & after. We had a little insurance mishap, but I was called right away to have everything rectified. My car looks as if it was never involved in a hit & run. Would come back here if anything were to happen again.
