If I could give less than a star I would. Short hair woman came out to my truck yelling at me and my girl over a private conversation which was about cat treats. I'll never go to this slum again.

Bought some clearance socks along with other stuff. New cashier didn't know to reduce the price. Waited for the "manager" to come from the back. My wife started to explain to her the situation and she snatched the receipt out of my wife's hand and started being nasty to her from there on: repeatedly raising her voice, wasting time trying to make her point, yelling over my wife talking, threatened us with the police, told us to leave her store, wanted to refund all of our money and just leave our purchase. Final straw was when as my wife was walking out as I was being handed our refund, the "manager" mumbled something so I asked her what she said so she repeated it louder, 'good luck with that one'.
Just because your nasty on the inside,can't handled being wrong and have NO customer service skills, don't talk about someone's wife.

very poor customer service the manager threw a dollar bill at me as the online ad said 3 for $9.00 and the store paper said 3 for $10.00 She got really indignant and the other girl said the online ads have nothing to do with the stores makes no sense to me So instead of just following the online ad she threw a dollar bill at me and walked away I told her I did not want her dollar bill and left it on the counter poor quality on your managers

It's a small town store so people don't have much of a choice to shop. I do understand as a business you have good days and bad days but most days I go in you have the cashiers/ managment on duty gossiping about another employee won't say hi to busy talking about someone else. The cart's they use to put freight out blocks the aisle's. The employees should be taught better customer service skills. Lucky for them it's a small town not many other places to shop
