This is the second time I come here for photo help, they never want to do their job, I came in the morning looking for help for passport photos and the employee told me the lighting is no good in the morning and come back in the afternoon, later I come back another employee tells me the machine doesn't work. At this point they don't want to do photos at all. After I told him what the AM employee said he just admitted that they just did not want to do it at all. Terrible service, lazy employees

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy today. When I tried to pick up an order, the pharmacist, Ms. Liendo Sayra, was unhelpful and directed me to call 1-800-CVS instead of resolving the issue they had created. When I asked for her identification information to follow up, she refused to provide it and ran away, refusing to come back out and continue the conversation. I had to get her name from another store employee who acknowledged the customer service issue with the pharmacy. This lack of assistance and refusal to solve the problem was frustrating and unprofessional.

Also they are very rude and aggressive speaking…. Most of CVS pharmacy on 2024 don’t care about good quality Customer service

Staff in pharmacy very very rude.my doctor called in prescription.when I went in to pick up the female
Told me she didnot receive it.I gave her my dob and name.she never even looked at me.was very short and aggressive tone.I have heard from many people that this is the norm for this store in the pharmacy.I will not be going here EVER again.going forward some customer care training is very much needed and I hope and pray this is addressed.

Stopped in for a few moments. Just wanted to browse. Anthony came up to the front to help. I appreciated that.I walked around a bit more but then decided to strike up a conversation with him. We chatted for a moment, I told him I was a writer and I was just wandering around.Store was taken care of well and it had a nice cozy vibe.Give Anthony a raise.

My girlfriend di not get the right change; the customer behind said the employees put the money on his packet I try to get in contact with the manager but unfortunately the phone was answered by the same employee. I requested to talk to the manager but he said he was the manager at the moment. Visit date 8/10/23 exact time 6:36pm
