I visited Firestone for a standard oil change on my car. This has been one of the best customer server experiences I've ever had. Bryan Solano (Service Manager) greeted me with a friendly smile, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service as usual! He ensured his team did a seamless and efficient job with the oil change and provided a summary of recommended issues to resolve for optimal performance. His dedication to excellent customer service, integrity and professionalism are second to none and reflects great credit upon himself and the Firestone brand. My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 out of 5 stars without hesitating. Bryan Solano (Service Manager) deserves a big raise and the biggest recognition/honorable mention for his amazing friendly service, attentiveness and professionalism. Thanks Firestone for hiring this jewel of an employee to represent your reliable business! :o)

I have taken my car to Firestone 2 times over the last two years. The first time I bought four new tires. Most recently, I bought one new tire to fix a flat tire and get an oil change. Both times I have had to return to this location a week after because they did not do part of the repair/installation properly. When I bought 4 new tires from them they didn’t not balance them properly and I had to return to the store to get them balanced. This most recent time the technician forgot to replace my crush washer after my oil change and my car was leaking oil. This is a main step in the oil change process and it’s baffling that they forgot to do this. Any technician or someone that changed their own oil knows this is a crucial step in the process. Thankfully I noticed before this turned into an expensive fix. This is very disappointing because the manager and other front desk workers are very kind and helpful, but I can longer bring my car there because of this pattern of problems not being fixed properly.

Your Service Specialist Jalyn has amazing customer service, great spirit, amazing smile. Good communication making sure she understands every detail on what customers ask and needs. A great person in this business especially working the front by herself. That can definitely get hectic thru times. Keep up the amazing work Jalyn 💪🏼

I paid for a an alignment and a week later with only about 40 miles driven durning that time I had my car inspected and was told I needed an alignment and there was no evidence I recently had one.

3.5hr wait for a simple oil change....even with a scheduled appointment. Manager had no compassion when I expressed my concerns and disappointment. ?
The next nearest Firestone has a lower review rating.? May have to travel farther....very inconvenient.....to complete auto maintenance?!

I have been going here for the past 14 years and the service has been wonderful until recent.I had called to shop on July 1st to schedule an appointment to bring in my truck. Iniitally, I was told to bring it on the 4th and was suprised it was opened. Then I got a call later and they said to bring it on the 5th. I was told that it would take 1 hour, but I scheudled for 2 hours. I waitied and my truck was never seen even though they said they were brining it in an hour before. I had to rescheduled for July 16th and my car was there for 4 hours and then I was told that needed more time and I rescheudled for July 20th and dropped it off at 8 am. I got no response. I called at noon and was told it would take time and they would call me back. I called at 2 and they said it shoudl be ready in an hour, but planned for 2. I asked to call me since I would need to take an uber. No one called me and I called a 4:45 because it was close to closing. I was told it was ready at 4, but no one called. I had to rush to get an uber to get there before they closed. Bad experience

I appreciate Ms.Cassie, she help me apply for a CFNA Card. Had to get a tune up. She was super helpful and fast services. Explained everything in detail from the work order to my invoice upon check out. She definitely be doing her thang at that location!!! Thanks again.
