This is a good post office, considered the only good one in the area compared to others. It is a small office where service is quick and easy with no line. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, patient, and provide good service. The experience is neutral to very good. The location, however, can be hard to find as the sign is not obvious.

Friendly service! What a relief to find a postal employee who doesn’t seem to hate you the minute you walk through the door. It’s worth the extra distance to use this post office instead of the Hyattsville one

The post office on Gallatin street is walking distance from my house but I will gladly drive to this location instead from now on. I have only gone twice but the service was sooooo much better at this location. Not only do they greet you with a hello, they are very helpful.

Great service. Convenience. Excellent for prepaid packages.
