Ever sense they remodeled it! They keep the temperature to hot inside and any donuts & anything with thin chocolate on it is always melted when I get there just like the fresh donut when they get dropped off from truck if don't get them right then then the donuts get stuck together and pull apart...

It's a 711. If you've never been to a 711 this will be your first experience at the 711 if you walk in the door.. Think the only people that haven't been to 711 is or people from foreign countries..

05/03/2023 9:00pm The young man working the register had the worst customer service of any cashier that I have ever encountered at a 7-Eleven I am a first responder who responds to emergencies in the Montgomery County area I was taking a call from my dispatcher over the two-way radio at the register while paying for my items at the same time and he yelled at me to turn my radio down keep in mind that I respond to accidents fatalities shooting stabbings and all sorts of emergencies I have no control of when or where I am going to receive a call this was an emergency situation not knowing what is going on he was very rude and unprofessional I would give this 7-Eleven negative 5 Stars if it was available

my boyfriend came to this specific one cuz they have wraps flavor he really likes and they were extremely rude just because he was asian and has such young features to be old enough. They didn’t wanna scan nor even take a look of his ID. He even tried to use his veteran’s ID yet they didn’t sell him any of the products he wanted to purchase. I find this extremely rude and discriminatory. I would go about the details of which cashier it was but I’ll leave with this.

There is always a line of Lotto playing folks detracting from services of checking out other customers. I find this at all 7-11 stores. There should be more employees working in the morning and one person dedicated for lotto ticket buying.

I usually don't have any problems with this place since its next to my work and I go there frequently. I went in there today, 12/2/2020 with cash in hand to get gas and the woman at the cash register refused and told me I had to wait 5 minutes for her to close the register. I told her I didn't have the time and why she couldn't wait to close it since it would only take a few minutes. She raised her voice and said..."How? There is only 1 register and I have to close it!!" I felt completely insulted and now I have to go out of my way after work to find a gas station that won't turn me away. I guess 7/11 doesn't not want my business and I will never spend a single dime in there again!
