Night mare of a place. Took forever to finish work on my truck. I told them I was driving 3 hours after work was completed. These guys cut corners and sent me home (155 miles on the highway) with a mis-asembled axle shaft! I could’ve died! Not to mention it costed me $3000. Seriously, avoid At all costs. I have pictures. I’ll upload them as well.

Reparing my car here was a nightmare. I towed my BMW here in hope of a cost effective speedy service. My coolant was leaking.Initially they did ghe dgnstic and provided me an estimate of 2900 dollar. I agreed. After that each time I call they kept increasing the price telling my hind break is bad, my wiper bad, my water pump bad this and that. Finally they charged me 5600 dollar and now my engine light is on. They made a false promise that their experienced Euro car tech will fix any German car. Total BS. He could not fix it. And now my Engine light is on. I am scared to death to drive my car. After all the money I paid, in towing, repair, uber all gone to drain. They just flatly said they can not fix the engine light. They damaged my car.

To those who are applying for an international driving permit:
CALL THEM TO CONFIRM THEIR BUSINESS HOURS FOR IDP BEFORE GOING.
The business hours for processing international driving permit is different from what is stated as their "busienss hours" on their webiste. Wasted 2 hours travelling from DC to Rockville only to be turned back because I arrived a few minutes later than the undisclosed IDP office hours.

I met with the travel agent Maria. She was very personable and helpful. I also found out that this AAA office has a service center. I made an appointment for Tuesday to have my car serviced.

I needed roadside assistance to start my car on 4/15/24. I called AA at 4 pm and was told that I will get assistance within 90 minutes. I got a call at 0624 pm that someone will come in 45binutes. Nobody did. I called at 745 and was told someone will come by 9 pm. Someone came finally at 945 pm.
This is unacceptable service. I have been a member for 49 years and when I needed AAA they failed.
I had similar experience 3 years ago.
I plan to discontinuing my membership.

Can't seem to manage their appointment system. It literally takes like 15 minutes to replace a battery even if your system double booked appointments. Guess this is what a 29 year Premier Membership gets you now.
