Went to this location to grab an International Driver’s Permit for an upcoming trip. Super quick and easy, and the team was really nice! They had the applications there and were able to take the requisite photos which was so convenient not having to run around town. At least for this service, I can recommend this location. :)

Top notch service experience all around! Alex and front desk were kind and very professional. They replaced my battery under warranty and checked alternator (no problem found). They also topped off one of my tire's air pressure as a courtesy. Facility bright and clean. I've been a AAA member for many years -- this service center is a great asset/benefit

They are not better than other mechanics just because they are 'AAA'. They are actually worse than your local gas station. When I make the appointment, I wrote down for wheel alignment. Nothing complicated. When I get there, they told me that they cannot do the alignment because they do not have the technician. What is the point of making the damn appointment to begin with? This is absolutely unacceptable! This is a basic service and they advertised this service. There are so many low review in this location and I should have believed them.

I went in for an oil change, they said the tire rotation is included. When I went to pick my car up, they said the lugs were too tight and they were unable to rotate my tires. They couldn’t reset the oil change alert. Everything else was good with my car, and found no other issues. The moment I drove off, my brake pad alert started to go off, which was not an issue until after this service. A few days later, I hear an unusual sound while I’m driving. I found out the that multiple wheel lugs were dangerously loose. I was able to remove 2 lugs on my front driver wheel by hand. I visually checked my wheel lugs and saw that a lot of them were stripped. And one of my aftermarket wheels were damaged.

Called to confirm a 3PM appointment at 2PM. Arrived at 2:40 PM. Without any apology the clerk told me I would not be finished until 5:30 as something "came up". I will never do business with anyone who has no concern for the value of my time. I was going to renew my AAA membership. Obviously that won't happen as they can not be trusted!

I had an excellent experience getting an international driver's license. I got the license the same day.
The only thing is that I left a jacket in the office and they could not find it.

I needed an oil change and some diagnostic work. AAA Auto Service was a pleasant experience. When I was paying the guy handling my check-out, he told me about 2 huge discounts I didn't know about! I paid $89 less than the quote! This place is a 5☆☆☆☆☆ experience in everything!

My experience has been horrible. This has been the third time my vehicle has been in the shop for the same exact reason. Initial reason why it’s in the shop because it would not start and it got towed first it was some type of wire that they replaced that I paid for was almost $1000, I get it out drive a little bit and then it didn’t start again take it back to them then it’s the fuel pump that gets replaced. That’s also over $1000 for clarity and now my car is back in the shop cause it wouldn’t start a couple days ago same shop now it’s a wire that’s connected in the back by the fuel pump that that’s burnt out that they didn’t know it was bad the first time so now I’m thinking what if the fuel pump wasn’t even bad, would’ve got a little wire the whole time and now just wasted my money so to speak this experience with them is frustrating. I will never go back.
