Very positive experience. We added a Heat nGlow gas fireplace to our living room from Acme after getting advice from Mike. I haven't had my fireplace inserts delivered or installed, but so far my interactions with Mike, Mark, and Jesse have been great. In particular, Jesse was very helpful in guiding me through options after finding out my original choices wouldn't work. Thank you. We're looking forward to completing our project!

My technician, Justin, was very good. He was personable, knew his craft and was very friendly and courteous. I could not asked for a better person to communicate the status of my fireplace. I would highly recommend Acme Stove and him. Top notch!
