“It is really hard for me to write this review as our favorite design consultant is no longer with the company. Lisa Sordi was very attentive, patient and her design ideas for our family were stellar. Knowing she is no longer with the company is very disappointing as our return to the store after four years were less than stellar given initial treatment by the store’s manager. We highly doubt we will be back given Lisa is no longer there but we do love our new furniture. Certainly is a quality product but I think management at the store needs to work on presentation and kindness. I am still giving a five star review because of Lisa, she was gentle, funny , and really vouched on behalf of her clients.”
“I bought a gift for my mom. It’s a stork on a mug. Nicely done and well made. The associate put it in a box and wrapped it with a pretty ribbon and tied a bow on it. I am so happy with the gift. The price is reasonable, and the gift is valuable. I would compare back.”

Can get you custom colors in most product lines or save money and buy the color that’s in their warehouse. Almost nothing in here from China. If you want Italian high quality construction and top notch leathers buy from here! Nobody else has the variety and quality of leather furniture that these guys have.”

There's a good selection of clothes, bags, beauty products, etc. The shoes were not organized too well, wrong sizes in the wrong section. I still managed to find lots of cute stuff though. “The experience and product are excellent. Lazy Boy is a bit pricey, but if you catch a sale so much the better. The build quality is excellent. I got a High leg recliner, which does not look like a recliner when closed. The salesman was very helpful and patient while I chose a custom fabric. The chair was delivered well before the estimated delivery date. It is a very comfortable chair and I will be enjoying it for years.”
