We reached out to get a quote and found out not only did our house have storm damage, but we also had defective shingles. The process was smooth from start to finish. We chose an amazing color, and the crew was very fast and efficient. The roof looks great. Only thing to watch - we also replaced the wood paneling and skylight. One of the workers was blowing debris off the rooftop and blew a lot of it right into the hole where the skylight was missing and all over my kitchen. Cleanup was solid and fast the next day, and the follow up inspection was great. There were a couple of areas where there was a gap after the installation of the drip edge. Devin came out and took a look, but never returned to solve the issue - so I had to use foam seal to make sure no bugs/bees got into the attic. They worked with my insurance company and the cost for the entire job was well within budget and was very affordable.

Although our roof was not that old, it developed a small leak and, upon inspection, it was clear that the plywood, which was original to the 50-year-old house, had to be replaced along with the shingles. We contacted several companies and obtained estimates from American Choice Exteriors and one other. The estimate from the other company was almost 25% higher and they were much more difficult to contact. Based on our interactions with Devin and Brittany, both of whom were terrific (!) and these rave reviews, we decided on American Choice and are very pleased we did. They were available, even on the weekend (which was helpful as uncooperative weather made scheduling somewhat difficult); punctual; and very professional. The installation went smoothly and the crew did an amazing job cleaning up before they left. This roof is guaranteed for quite a long time, but we will definitely recommend American Choice Exteriors to our family, friends and neighbors.

Fantastic service I would use them again in a heartbeat Britney the receptionist was prompt in responding back to my voicemail Brandon cade the representative that came out was phenomenal very professional was able to explain clearly and concisely what services were offered and was professional the entire time and no question was treated as if it was a d*** question. He took pictures of the shingles that needed replacing and he replaced them promptly. Had the roof of my shed repaired. Damage was due to falling branches. Amir, the owner sent an employee out to inspect the damage same day as request. The employee came out on time and was very respectful. Overall I'm happy I chose American Choice Exteriors for this smaller job. I will definitely be using them to replace the siding on my house.

Brandon was honest and quick. We had some roof shingles blow off in a storm and we called for help even though our roof was relatively new. He gave us a fair price ($800 less than what another roof repair company had quoted us the day before) and he was able to complete the work the same morning. Now we have peace of mind knowing we were able to get the shingles repaired before the next rain storm. We will definitely call American Choice Exteriors for roofing needs in the future. Let me just say that this company truly earns their 5 star reviews!!! I was having “an issue” with the siding on my house and I needed a professional to come and inspect, assess and diagnose the problem. Well, Amer did all of that and then some. He reassured me that I did not need siding replacement, which was my fear. Amer’s communication with me was great and he followed up with me to address the issue. He also has a fancy drone, which he used to show me some shingles that need to be addressed on my roof. Amer is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I like that Amer is not pushy like a salesman and that he actually listens to the customer concerns and goes out of his way to address those concerns. Had a great experience with Amer. Very professional and straight forward. Received a free roof inspection with drone and physical inspection. Amer informed me that my roof was still in pretty good shape (shingles still tight and adhered) but is getting old. Showed me the drone photos.Informed me of my options and was very clear about how the process works to have roof replaced by HO insurance. My roof was still in pretty good shape and did not appear to have storm/wind damage.Did not pressure me into replacing my roof now and encouraged me to get other estimates as well and that ACE will be there if we need them or when we are ready to replace our roof.

I requested on-line for a roof inspection, and technician Amer contacted me the next day and came to my house in the afternoon. He went up the roof, looked at what needed to be done, and quoted me a price. Later that day he e-mailed me the work order. I was really happy with my experience with American Choice Exteriors. They were responsive and were able to come out immediately when I noticed a leak on my roof, and even were able to do the roof tune-up the very next day before more rain came. They were also very reasonably priced despite the quick turnaround time. And most importantly - they were extremely service-oriented. While on the roof, Brad noticed a piece of siding had come loose on the domer and replaced it for me. When I had a similar issue a couple months later, American Choice took care of it again.With that kind of service and responsiveness, there is no reason for me to ever go anywhere else for roofing issues.
