The customer service was horrible. There were 3 young girls at the desk when I arrived, they were laughing and playing and never greeting me or the other customers. When I asked for assistance, it was like I broke up the party. One girl rang me up and I asked for a break down of the charges. She said " its the same stuff you got last time" I said what stuff, she said " You know, the anti glare and other stuff from last time. I had not been there in 6 years, nor did I understand the term "stuff" . I asked why I was not measured as usual , she said everything is in the system. I called the manager the next day and felt the customer service issue was not addressed. He said I could come back to be measured, it didn't make sense, that should have been done initially. I canceled my order and went somewhere else where I received stellar service. I will never return.

This was the American Best on Rockville Pike. I had to wait for over an hour for the exam which had never happened anywhere else for mere eye exams. The staff ranged from unfriendly to near hostile. The doctor, Dr. Bregu, was thorough and pleasant which was the redeeming part of the experience. They need to improve their scheduling and the quality of their staff.

I’ve been to this location before without any issues. Today was a little different. Front staff was absolutely rude and not understanding. Parking was interesting which made me come inside late. Once I arrived inside, the receptionist had major attitude with me. I think that customer service training would be in order as well as not being rude in speaking in another language with smirks on your faces and then look at me. Not cool. Not sure I want to come back. Staff has gone down hill… So very unfortunate.

If i could I would give them zero stars. Probably the worst service I received ever when it comes to Eye Care. They seem to be a turn and burn kind of team. I would not recommend anyone going to this location until they get a new management team there.

great customer service. I was able to get 3 new glasses and an eye exam that was super quick and easy. Highly recommend. Byron was great and very helpful

I have been wearing glasses and contacts for over 20 years and this has been by far the worst experience ever. Very poor selection of frames. The wait time was long to receive my glasses. The staff in the front don't measure your face or adjust your glasses to fit your face properly. They don't offer you a case or cleaning cloth. I had to ask for a bag, solution and case for my contacts. Natalie did everything in her power to not help me, but fortunately I am persistent. Honestly I would not recommend going to America's Best unless your insurance was forcing you at gunpoint and everything was completely free! I regret every penny and second that I spent there.

Americas best contacts and eyeglasses in Rockville. Maryland has the best customer service. Dr. Yang is absolutely amazing. She is professional, extremely funny and personable. I had a horrible experience at another location and she took the time and was extremely patient with me to explain what is going on with my vision. The receptionist staffed was absolutely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and accurate. KIMBERLY, was absolutely amazing and extremely friendly. I will not go to another location unless Rockville closes. Thank you America’s best contacts and eyeglasses in Rockville Maryland for taking such great care of me today.

The absolute worst pair of glasses I've ever had and the worst customer service I've experienced! The staff is disrespectful and incompetent. They mishandled the paperwork and the appointments, they initially refused to give me the physical prescription, when I finally got it it was wrong!... AND they try to charge you for services you didn't ask for!

I had a highly frustrating experience at America's Best Eyeglasses. My initial visit involved a long wait time for both selecting and ordering eyeglasses. Unfortunately, when I received the eyeglasses, they were not right for my eyes, and I had to schedule a second appointment with the doctor.The second visit was equally disappointing, as I had to endure an additional wait time of more than one and a half hours before seeing the doctor. I'm left wondering why they provide appointment scheduling if they cannot adhere to it.The staff are not organized and could not find the order and have no responsibility to answer.The inconvenience and time wasted during these visits were incredibly frustrating. I hope they can improve their scheduling and wait time management to provide a better customer experience in the future.

Why do I never learn? Their staff is not good, the doctor we always(2 times) see is so freaking RUDE! And they can’t seem to get the contact prescription right. Which leads to re visiting/missed school and work. The incompetence is so annoying. And to listen to the customer?! Never. They don’t care what the customer says. They literally let us leave with the wrong prescription because of their poor record keeping. Once this is squared away I’m never going back. I know I’ll pay 3 times the amount but it’s worth it. I’m so frustrated.

The staff are poorly trained and slow. One customer requires three staff members for help. Long wait times even though there are only a handful of customers. Avoid.

I don't know who wrote those mean reviews. Many people seem to forget how important your eyes are. Most people do not know, so they probably need more explaining from the doctor. Also, not everyone is a easy prescription and the doctor will take time with that patient. The staff was super nice and easy going, fixed my glasses and gave me a trial pair of contacts to try before I ordered. And I'm pretty sure if the patient is waiting for almost a hour, it's because they are not speaking up or letting staff know your time limit there. Therefor the doctor uses this time to catch up. It's okay to ask when will you be seen. If it doesn't work for you then cancel...and always remember the best appt spots are first thing in the morning or right after lunch.

This location has the worst Customer Service. When I went to picked up my glasses the young girl at the front desk told me to go sit at this booth where this young man (Co-worker) was sitting. He did not want to assist me because he was so in tune with his cell phone. The young girl at the front desk actually had to come over to give me the glasses and to be honest she was no help at all. I tried the glasses on and she didn’t give me any instructions to read the card I figured that part out myself. She didn’t ask me any questions ex:how was the glasses as far as the fit, vision etc. I just took the glass. I asked where was the rest room she gave me these lame directions… “it’s down the hall to left.” I finally find the rest room and door is lock. Thinking someone was in the restroom I waited a few minutes and then I knocked on the door… there was no one in the restroom because it was locked. I went back to the front desk thinking that a key was needed to asset entry… She said “ Oh you have to use the employees restroom. I will never go to American Best again!!!! Employees there need Customer Service Training..

Got two pairs of glasses on March, one’s perfect then one doesnt work. I kept telling them its not the same they kept remaking it. They remade it like 3 times. The fourth time, today, Ive been there and picked it up. Still blurry and not working properly. Obviously was upset. I told the manager Byron, i will dispute the charge cus am done with it. He had the audacity to yell at me that he would refund it, it’s as if it’s my fault. First of all, I don’t work for you Byron! Management should teach him how to handle escalations! The tone of his voice was condescending! You expect me to be happy after the 4th remake kts still defective! Disputed the partial charge on my card, shouldve disputed the whole thing cus they wasted my time, all the gas and what not coming the 4th time! This is ridiculously unacceptable plus Byrons’ attitude! Never again!!!!!!!!

if I could give this place, zero stars I would. They have the most unprofessional staff I've ever experienced in my life. They were rude, condescending and zero follow up. Literally did not follow up with me multiple times leaving me to wait 1 year for my contact lenses. Only to find out they weren't the right fit when I finally was able to get them. I am so exasperated with the OUTRAGEOUS unprofessional if the staff and the way I was treated that I want to give up on contact lenses forever. I'm also pretty sure what one of the staff members was a child, HATE this place,
