This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The sales rep name was medey. Me and my dad came in trying to figure out best phone plans for us. He was talking extremely fast to confuse us so we told him to write everything down. He kept trying to make us get the pro max which is the most expensive option even though we wanted the one that made the most sense. He kept telling us our phones were worth $830 credit. After purchasing I come to find out when it’s trade in time I’m only getting $300 for my phone because the crack in it. Never once did he say price could vary. He made it seem baseline price was $830 no matter what. My dad went in to figure everything out and this worker caused a scene and threw my dad’s ID cards into the ground. Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. I've been trying to upgrade my phone and it keeps saying verification failed. I've spent this entire past week on the phone with customer care, who sent me to the atnt on shady grove who sent me here. Oscar and the manager were extremely rude and standoffish and did not help me, even though the people on the phone from atnt CS said the problem should be fixed by them.

Worst phone company ever I will not recommend it at all even at my worst enemy.Entered the store located inside Target Rockville the guy named Arshia proposed to move my line from TMobile to AT&T with a free iphone15 through the promotion they was having. It sounded like a good deal to me because I was going to trade in my old IPhone 12 so I accepted the deal later on when I read the agreement I decided to return their IPhone 15 without even opening it from the case.The problem is they are still billing me every month for that even if I never did more than 5hours in their network and I returned their phone. Even the customer service sucks they will do everything to rip you off.I came back to the same store and the guy in front told me he didn’t know the guy I talked to 5 days ago. Seems like they recruit random people on the street to rip customers off

I stumbled upon this store for the second time in 6 years last week for a new phone and make few changes to my line. Everything looked fine when applying changes; I knew what I needed and explicitly told the guy who came to help; I think his name was Cesar. A bill arrived a week later and this guy never listened; the changes he made to my plan was the opposite of what I told him. I don’t know why on earth a person assigned to help customers does that kind of awful things. Avoid this guy named Cesar in this store. I knew what I needed and had to spend more than 2 hours with online customer service to correct his reckless and embarrassing service. I wouldn’t call it a mistake because he did that to increase his commission rate. I believe this’s very damaging and dangerous for the company. Again, customers should avoid Cesar at this store; he’ll rip you off otherwise

Horrible customer service, I arrived at 3:30 for a 3:30 appointment just for the rep to tell me they aren't taking appointments because they are understaffed, he proceeded to tell me it'll take as long as it takes and told me I could be waiting for up to 30 minutes. Completely defeats the purpose of an appointment, very disappointing and total lack of customer service/ morale. Please do better. I pay extra a month for this kind of service? I'll start paying for a different Carrier.

I can’t remember the guy’s name but he was absolutely helpless. I wanted to switch companies from cricket to AT&T and he told me that was not possible without changing the phone number and when I asked what should I do? He said… go to Verizon or T-Mobile. I was shocked. Later, I went to the AT&T on Aspen hill and they were so nice and of course helped me transferred.
