DON’ T come here for trying to solve any problems, except deposit or withdraw…. Employee wear formal clothes , places are clean, however, Service is Terrible. I came for help for my credit card (because the customer service told me to), and employee asked me to call the customer service back of my card. At that time , I was speechless ..I can feel that they don’t want to help me…I’ve been BOA since 2016, never meet that condition…I got problem solve by another BOA location… at last, wear nice cloth, so employees can respect you more….

Sadly, buyer beware of the entire company their ethics and policies may say one thing, but their actions say I complete another . It's come to my attention, as well as many people now have recently figured out that this company reports your activity to the US government they may claim that this is not happening, or that it is under the veil of security. However, most people do not know this is being done. So I warn everyone when banking to be careful. They will report your grandmother for the littlest things. Sadly.

Exceptionally kind and helpful service by manager, and personalized attention towards my daughter's when opening their accounts. Very thankful for the extra lessons on financial management given to them as well. Refreshing to see all staff treating customers like family.Man rode in on a riding lawnmower, and was treated with dignity, respect, and kindnes by manager and staff. No bias, was treated as an honored guest, and offered a personal appointment for service by the manager! Kindness and respect!

I’ve been frequenting this location for many years, and have always had a good experience. Staff are welcoming and helpful, and cater well to the diverse population here in Rockville with many languages spoken to accommodate customers’ needs.

They are incredibly rude to people of color at this bank! I came in on several times while barely anyone was there and they looked at me, including the manager and said nothing. The teller was incredibly rude. I was waiting to speak to the teller and a white person came in after me… the manager then walked from across the room to greet him and asked him if he needed help. Again no one even acknowledged me, even though I was there 1st. If you continue to read most of the comments posted you will see this is happening over and over again to people of color at this bank. Since this keeps happening to me at BOA I’m going to be closing my account, there are too many options to have to deal with, while I’m a customer like everyone else. Find another bank, don’t go here!

Im only giving this branch an extra star because of their employee Chaminda. Chaminda deserves 5 stars but the branch itself deserves 1 star. The wait times are ridiculous and although the ones who stand around with their ipads ask the customers what they need; you rarely hear them apologize for the wait or say, "someone will be with you shortly". Also, unlike the branch manager, the other asian female teller, the african woman, and the dark haired man with the pony tail; Chaminda has made my visits to this branch very pleasant. The others ignore ME! Chaminda ALWAYS greets me with a wave or says, "hello" and he ends with have a nice day. He knows how to treat a customer. The others have NEVER spoken to me when I enter this bank but I've heard them speak to their regular customers or other people of color who come in directly behind me. Im not saying they are racist but it certainly bothers me and makes my experience a not so pleasant one. It appears Chaminda understands the true meaning of customer service as he is very professional while displaying a positive attitude. Greeting ALL customers is a huge part of customer service if you work directly with people. I always hope that when I visit this branch, Chaminda will service me. Chaminda, I hope this review is shared with you, please keep up the good work. I hope the reader will find this review helpful and if the manger or a member of corporate reads this, please discuss my issue at the next branch meeting. Thank you!

I wasn't given the same treatment like other customers because when someone got hold of my card, they told me that I can no longer be a customer and that was just so unfair because when my friend had the same issue they told my friend that they'll send a new card. So yeah different treatment from me.

Service has steadily declined since I first visited this location in 2019 and I will be sure not to return to this branch. Probably fine for basic needs but would not recommend for business banking or anything requiring attention to detail.

Wait time is beyond, out of 3-4 employees in the teller line , only one is assisting costumers. Please fix this !!!

Indoor closes at 3 and the outdoor card reader has been broken for years so usually you have to use the drive thtough atms, and only one of them work so there is usually a line. Inconvenient location you would spend the same amount of time driving to a different bank then just trying to use the atm at this one.
