I went to the store with my receipt to return a very recent purchase. I had planned to give our son a book, but learned that he had already read it (so would not be a good Christmas present). Because we used my husband's credit card instead of mine (both are the same account, but different nos.), they would not process a credit. It was insane. I had the receipt - the same last name, but they refused to do a credit to my card or account. I'm done with B&N - much easier to do business with Amazon.

A very delightfully organized Barnes and Noble. It feels very cozy and artistic in how the books are organized, in contrast to some Barnes and Nobles that feel more "grand" and expansive. It has a small cafe area as well that actually is quite large given the otherwise cozy nature of the store. It's park of Congressional Plaza, a large outdoor plaza with many stores, meaning that it has a lot of parking but also the lot can get quite filled up. Connected to a lot of major roads. It was a delight to peruse because of the comfortable way the books were organized, making it actually very walkable too.

Not often will it be easier to find a book at the store than it is to get it from Amazon... Big shoutout to Ms.Rachel who got meto my book in legit 30 seconds. Thank you

I paid 8 dollars for an E-Book and it was improperly received. I am appalled and disgusted with such a tyrannical business. If I see Barnes OR Noble I WILL take ACTION. I am DISPLEASED! - Luke Myre

This is a pretty decent location. Columbia is a bit better and has an actual Starbucks you can get points at. The book selection is decent. All in all it is a good stop for us. We are regulars here and always happy to came back!

Wow! A well-stocked and friendly-staffed bookstore in a world of digital and online and virtual everything. Sometimes - it is nice to actually touch a book - rather than just hear or read it online. Large store - with a cafe and children's area. Biggest challenge is parking - large lot, but crowded as it serves the entire plaza.

LOUD, clangy, endlessly buzzing HVAC system, along with a pitifully tiny music category, made it impossible to want to browse. Also, pay your employees a living wage. They seem miserable, and rightly so.

I merely went in to buy a book. I was given a hard-sell by the cashier to upgrade my B&N card to the latest whatever. When she wouldn't relent, I merely made it clear to her that I alone know what is best for me, not her. I do not want to complicate my life with the latest promotion from Barnes and Noble.

While they will most likely have what you are looking for, I found everything I needed at other places for better quality at half the price. But it's still a great store aside from the prices

This location was really clean and welcoming. My kids loved playing on the train and with the blocks in the children’s area. The bathrooms could use a bit more attention though. I’m not sure either toilet was flushing and one had tons of toilet paper all over the seat and floor.

No salesmanship! I've had my Nook for a while and it works perfectly fine. I need a new case. Sadly, none of the new cases fit. I went to the store hoping for help with either A) where the older cases were or B) a sales pitch to upgrade to the new model. I received neither. I was told, to go on Amazon to buy what I need. He smiled and walked away.

Very nice staff however it's very small and the prices are outrageous. You're better off going to Amazon or Wonder books.

I wonder if I heard correctly, is this place going to be closed?!... It is the best place to visit, and go around with so many helper people around.. they are all so kind and nice... even the cafe and the whole plaza takes so many hours from my day... best part of my retirement.. try to enhance the place and look for other means of profit so don't close!
