I appreciate when a company corrects returnscalls and rectify a situation. This is what BGE home did. I am posting this to let others know I was able to get my issue resolved

My A/C went out ?? in the middle of a heat wave. I was able to schedule an appointment on- line and a tech was available the following day. They resolved my issue fast at no additional cost!!!

A manager called and informed me that the replacement part had arrived. We made an appointment for Thursday; the repair tech completed the installation earlier today. Thank you!!!
