Took my X5 in for service as a check engine light was on. My service experience at BMW of Rockville was excellent. I pulled into their covered service area and was immediately directed to my service representative who told me they would seek to quickly determine if they could address of the issue quickly or if I would need to leave the car. True to his word, about 20 mins later I was told I needed to leave my car and was directed to the loaner representative and given a car. I then received a text that my car was ready a few days later. Overall, a very friendly and efficient experience.

Excellent customer service. The staff was highly professional. They went above and beyond to address my concerns and make sure I was satisfied with the service. They even offered to drop me off and pick me up once my car was ready!. The quality of their service truly reflects the high standards of the BMW brand.

Dropped in our car for service. Process was seamless, the car was ready on time, and a pick-up ride was sent to pick-me up hassle-free. Our service advisor Eric Clark was professional, extremely courteous and provided excellent customer care. We will back for sure. Thank you!

Dropped car for service, 2023 M340 xi with 11k miles; check engine light on, Tuesday 11/7, at noon. I was given a ride home in an Uber, with the promise by Eric Clark, service advisor to update me about the car within 2 hours. 3 hours later and no call from Eric I called myself. I was put in voice mail every time: service and even when I asked about GM. Nobody called me back that day. I was stuck home with no loaner, and supposed to live town next day. Next day. Wednesday I called again ( the 10th time), finally talked to Eric, who offered to send an Uber to take me where I had to go. Not kidding, and not funny. He offered to check the status of my car which was parked outside ( thanks for the app I knew), and said that the guy who was supposed to work on my car is nowhere to be found. At that point I asked Eric to have my car valet delivered to my home, and someone else will take over since they don't care or don't know.An awful experience, similar with the one experienced in the sales dep. of the same dealership.BMW Rockwell is NOT the place to go. To be avoided.

Had a very pleasant experience with sales at BMW of Rockville. Felt very well taken care of by Hwevin Jeong, excellent client advisor! It’s like he knew me as a person and valued that relationship. The facility was beautiful and well maintained as well as parking was easy. Very excited to return here for service at future dates.

I just wanted to go out my way to give this dealership a 5/5 on my experience with Alexander Sellouk . He treated me like my best friend! Seriously! From the moment we spoke over the telephone phone about an Acura I first wanted that was getting shipped over there and then showing me BMW options in case I didn't want an Acura anymore. To giving me all the options authentically! I was truly impressed. He convinced me into looking into BMWs when it really wasn't my first pick. Honestly they have a lot of good used options! The market at this time is very good if you are looking for a 2021/2020 BMW. Unfortunately I didn't not get a car from here because they don't negotiate pricing. I ended up still buying a BMW from another place that did. I saved $4k that's the only reason and they had the white seats I was looking for. I can't wait to get my services done here though. It's a nice big place!

I recently had service at BMW Rockville and once again it was fantastic. Matt Reed and his team are incredible and very devoted to customer service. I’d like to personally thank Leon for helping me get in and out so quickly and for doing the job right and helping make my loaner experience so easy .

What a fantastic car buying experience. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and I have come to dread it for a multitude of reasons but especially because of the haggling and the amount of time that it takes. Not the case this time. I called to make sure the vehicle was available and Ahmad checked on it and called me right back. It was available to look at but they were waiting on a windshield for inspection. We saw the vehicle and were very interested. Unfortunately for us another customer had seen the vehicle before us and was also interested.Ahmad gave us daily updates via text and so we paused our vehicle search. 5 days later we were informed that the other gentlemen decided on a different vehicle and we could come in. We headed straight there and arrived at 730. Test drove the vehicle and started the paperwork. We had our own financing and we’re not pressured in any way to check a for a better rate. Long story short, we were out the door at 915 in the vehicle we wanted and at exactly the advertised price. No hidden fees or pressure to buy extended warranty. I highly recommend bmw of rockville. When you go there you should ask for Ahmad. He will take care of you.

This place is amazing!!! If you are looking to buy a car? See Alex, seriously. He will treat you like family and keep it real with you. No pressure vibes from him and he will show you all your options that Tailor to your budget. It’s clean and the show rooms of all the cars are nice!! This is an awesome store. Great staff all around

My recent experience at BMW of Rockville was awesome! My sales consultant, Zach, the financing team were exceptionally professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I have already recommended BMW of Rockville to some friends and colleagues, and I will certainly be a lifetime customer! Plus they’re new show room is amazing!

Mmm Title: Terrible Experience - Sold Car with Broken EngineReview:I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with this car dealer. I purchased a car from them recently, only to find out shortly after that the engine was completely broken. It's clear that the dealer knowingly sold me a faulty vehicle, which is not only unethical but also demonstrates a complete lack of integrity.When I contacted them about the issue, they were uunwilling to help. It's evident that they prioritize making a quick sale over their customers' satisfaction and well-being. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this car dealer to stay far away. Save yourself the headache and potential financial loss. This has been a valuable lesson for me to thoroughly research and vet any car dealer before making a purchase. I hope my review serves as a warning to others, so they don't have to go through the same ordeal that I did.

I purchased my first all electric vehicle from this dealership. I would not have made the purchase without the help of Mr. Alex Sellouk. His knowledge of BMW products is exceptional. I felt very comfortable working with Alex because he was very patient, listened to what I needed and made sure I felt comfortable with the decision. Thank you Alex for supporting me throughout this journey. I consider Alex as THE STANDARD for customer service and customer experience at Rockville of BMW!

I had a horrible experience at Rockville BMW while trying to purchase a Z4.It started when I was kept waiting for 25 minutes for my salesman to bring a car around to test drive. It got worse from there. When it came time to negotiate a price, it was done in his office while another customer was present which made me very uncomfortable. What I'm paying for a car is nobody's business but mine and I certainly don't need a stranger involved.At that point I decided I was going to leave but the salesman begged me to give him 10 minutes to deal with the other customer (who came in after me, mind you). I relented and when we got back together the salesman told me he had an allocation available right then and we settled on a pretty decent price. I immediately provided a $2500 non-refundable deposit to secure the car and the allocation and left the dealership. Before I even get home there is an email from the salesman about delivery delays and when I call him to find out what's going on, I discover that he did not actually have an allocation for me. Now I am locked in at Rockville BMW because of the non-refundable deposit with no guarantee of when my allocation would be secured and my car ordered. I spoke to the sales manager about my unpleasant experience and rather than try to understand the problem he was more concerned with making excuses for his salesman.More than 45 days later and still no allocation to be found. After some veiled threats I was able to get my refund back which happened after the salesman cancelled the deal unilaterally from his end. I ended up going to another dealership which has treated me great.
