I don’t think I’ve ever been to a store with worse intentions. I’ve never seen more than 2 registers open or been able to check out in less than 30-40 minutes. Meanwhile, they have employees following around shoppers watching them like hawks. You should really give a damn about customer service. The prices don’t even justify it. Give a damn, this is pathetic. Shame on you guys.

It’s infuriating seeing the owner “acknowledge” customer complaints about the long lines with only 1-2 registers open. It never changes. Why lie and act like you care when it’s clear you don’t. Why build out 8 registers when you never use more than 2? All that wasted space to have more sloppily piled up inventory for people to hawk over. You guys are truly terrible. No F’s given.

Would be nice if this store had more than 1 associate at the register to speed things up. While the products may be decent, but the store itself is really messy.Update: I would also suggest corporate looking into a new manager for the Rockville store as I saw first hand how he didn’t care about his undertrained employee. The Manager moved and acted with too much nonchalance and was uncaring toward his employees clearly asking for urgent help at the register as the customers were annoyed. Seems to lack the care in urgency for customer service.

We shop at Burlington, they have fabulous prices and good quality clothing, Pijamas and boots.Go to the store in Laurel,Maryland, the store is neat and clean. The Rockville store is messy, but it still has good buys.Happy New Year ?

On December 27, 2023 @ 7:58 PM those cashiers are very lazy and inconsiderate to customers. It shouldn't be on your cell phone. There are only two and the line is very long. It takes you +45 minutes to pay for a product

One of the better Burlingtons I've been too. They are pretty organized and they have open fitting rooms. They also have restrooms. Plenty of parking up front.

Multiple security tag alarms going off constantly, ignored by staff. Blood on the wall in one of the fitting rooms. Only one person working the register. This store is a complete wreck.

They need better security. A homeless man ran in/out of there several times and stole a rack of stuff making it very uncomfortable while checking out. Just watched the staff not handle the situation properly. The team lead/manager just cussed at him to leave instead of calling 9-1-1 or just invest a security guard.

Worse burlington location.The employees seem overworked and understaffed. Its just a mess all around, and I really feel for them.It's probably why the employees are so rude. While I was there and I was looking for a purse, some items fell on me , and an employee came to yell at me to pick them up, assuming right away that I wasn't going to. I was only trying to keep the other bags from falling. It's a really unorganized place it's sad. Just be aware and be careful, is all.

The MESSIEST, most disorganized store I’ve ever been in. The clutter and mess was very overwhelming. I ended up walking out not buying a single thing. Also, everything I looked at looked very low quality and cheap. I walked down the handbag isle and was hit by the smell of chemical fumes from the bags. NOPE!!

The items in the store are so good, but the line to checkout is ALWAYS A NIGHTMARE! And when the line got so long I asked the the One! person on the cashier to ask for a backup very politely she literally ignored us completely. And it’s not the first time like that It’s always been like that they never get this problem fixed, I’ve been to busier stores and they the get a backup without the need to ask them. Please fix this problem I like the items in there!

I ALWAYS find great items at FANTASTIC prices at Burlington!!! I've shopped there for many years and will continue to do so!!! Happy to see this location in Rockville.

You get what you pay for at this location. The service is just awful. They have a gentlemen in particular who just clearly hates the customers and doesn’t want to be here. Furthermore, every single time I’ve visited the wait is 25+ minutes at checkout. I’ll walk in, take 3 minutes to select whatever items, then wait an insane amount of time while they have 1-2 registers max open despite 8 checkout lanes. Marshall’s is in the same parking lot. At least they make an honest effort to be kind to their customers.
