Mr. Ramzi Dalbah as branch ambassador worked relentlessly helping my parents to resolve their complicate account issue, a big thumb up to him. You don’t see this kind of dedicated person too often anymore. Highly recommended it.

Thank you to Yury and the rest of the Capital One staff members. Everyone, was smiling and helpful. They even have a big puzzle laid out in the main area, so guests can try and help solve it. That is so creative and thoughtful. A huge round of thanks to Yury, who took me step by step, through my bank business. She was so nice and patient with me. She was also super knowledgeable about the bank and how to make things work for the individual customer. So, if you are looking for a lovely staff and great service, head on over to this branch.

Useless. We've been customers of Capital One for years, and this is our closest branch. We've gone in for services a few times over the past several months, and all they ever say is"we can't do that here." First, we needed to change some currency for an overseas trip. They told us "We can't do that. You should try the kiosk in the mall."Recently, I needed a signature witnessed for my job. The teller took ten minutes looking at my papers, asked me where they should sign to witness my signature, and then shrugged and told me: "The notary isn't here." I explained that I only needed someone to witness my signature, not a notary. The answer: "We can't do that here."I went a few miles down the road to another branch - explained the situation the same way, no problem. That's where we'll go from now on.This branch might as well just be the ATM.

I recommend you stay away from this location at all cost. The staff and so called management are dishonest, rude, and lie to you about what they are doing. I had to reopen my checking account and obtain a new debit card, and was told that it would take up to four weeks to issue me a new card. Nearly a month later, I began to wonder if I'd ever receive my card at all, so I called Customer Service and was told that was ridiculous. Normally a card shipped via USPS may take a week to ten day, but not month. I was issued a replacement card that only took three days to arrive. In addition, in order to pay my auto-pay bills, which had been stopped, I was told that the purchase of certified checks would cost $10 each. Ten dollars to access my own money, while they setup a new account, hell no. Customer service recommended speaking to the Branch Manager regarding waving this charge. When I asked to speak with the BM at this location, I was told that the position doesn't exist. in addition she couldn't point me to the person in charge of this staff. Never, have I seen such gross incompetence, rudeness, and disregard for customer care in my life. Capital One Bank IMHO is pathetic. Take you money business elsewhere.

When it comes to customer service, they're not so great because when I called them to let them know that someone use my card and what they did was tell me that I can no longer be with them. But when my friend had the same issue they didn't kick my friend out instead they told my friend that they'll send a new card so that no one can you the card again. In short I wasn't given the same treatment like other customers.

Unprofessional staff. I came in to talk about opening up accounts and applying for a credit card. The lady didn’t even sit down with me, she made me talk about my situation on the main floor in front of everybody. She had no idea I was ready to unload lots of money with this bank and do multiple strategies with you guys. She just talked loudly about my situation and didn’t do anything to come up with strategies. Indian lady.

I came here on a Saturday to make a withdrawal from my checking account. The sign on the door, and online indicated that they would be open at 9am. 9am came and went, and there was a group of about six customers waiting around for someone to open the place up. After about fifteen minutes I gave up. I had another appointment that I could not miss. I think that it's probably time for this bank to stop using covid as an excuse to reduce hours, and even not show up to open the branch when they are supposed to. I have had an account with the bank for years, and I wouldn't consider switching, because I fear that it's probably the same situation with other Banks as well. Since I have had a good experience most other times that I've come to this branch. I didn't want to complain that much or give them a terrible rating. Still though, I think they they could do a better job with the hours and get back into the game of convenient banking.

Worst customer service inconsiderate. You people kept turning my Dad away twice when he was told to come there in person and to bring my brother to verify his check 2x already but you still keep telling him to call the customer service again! I wish I could give you 0 star. My father has an underlying conditions. All this back and forth you're doing is so frustrating. Release his check if you cannot do anything to help my father at all. It's pandemic people are trying to stay home!!!!!
