I gave one star, but had the option been available I’ve have given it about negative 50. Wonderful, pleasant to hear recording, but no hint of intelligent human help anywhere. I called about five times, the recording says they’ll restart internet, and they never do. Please, someone: compete with Comcast in the Gaithersburg area. I’d like to shift service. Without a monopoly, Comcast wouldn’t last ten minutes.

Having had Comcast previously, I've never bothered to review them. I'm taking the time now because they keep annoying me with junk mail. Their television service is a joke these days when one considers all the streaming services and their a la carte availability. That availability is why I ditched the TV to begin with. I've also had both their cable and telephone service. Both are fine when they work. Often times, they do not work. Because of the poor nature of their service, I took to calling them "Comcrap." I have yet to think of anything remotely as clever for Xfinity. It's unfortunate that if one wants internet in Montgomery County, one only has a handful of choices, Comcast being among them. I would never recommend them to anyone, ever.

I paid 60 dollars a month for slow internet, the company said it was my fault and I wasted more money getting a new router. Then when I complained enough they finally sent a tech to my house to troubleshoot and they found out they had a blocker on my internet cable. They never gave me any compensation. Also another one of their tech operatives threatened me that if I didn't like the changes he did to my internet he knew where I lived. 0 stars

Do not agree to a contract with Comcast. I filed a complaint against Comcast for Breach of Contract, and Breach of Agreement. On January 11, 2020, a Comcast representative signed me up for a 2 year contract, which included 'Starz'. I asked the representative about 'Starz' because the media had previously informed everyone that Comcast had dropped 'Starz'. Since I watch the show 'Power', it was imperative that 'Starz' was in my package. On February 13, 2020 I discovered 'Starz' missing from my package. The message on the screen gave me the option to order the service for $5.00 per month for 6 months. On Saturday February 15, 2020, I called Comcast to voice my complaint. Veronica told me that Comcast members were previously sent a memo informing us that 'Epix' was replacing 'Starz'. I told Veronica that I did not receive any memo informing us of the change. I also told Veronica that I had 'Starz' and 'Epix' at the same time so how could 'Epix' be replacing 'Starz?' I then told Veronica that the Comcast representative informed me the day that I agreed to a 2 year contract that I would have 'Starz' for 2 years so the memo does not apply to me. I then asked to converse with a supervisor. Since Veronica could not connect me with a supervisor at that moment, she asked Supervisor Keisha to call me later that day. Keisha told me that the memo to drop Comcast was sent to every customer back in December. I told Keisha that I did not sign up with Comcast until January so I never received the memo. Keisha also told me that 'Epix' replaces the 'Starz' channel. I told Keisha that I had 'Starz' and 'Epix' as the same time so how could 'Epix' replace 'Starz?' I also told Keisha that the representative who signed me up said that I would have 'Starz' for 2 years so the memo does not apply to me.What really bothered me was when Keisha told me that I had the option of leaving Comcast before my 30 day trial expired, but my contract was expiring that day. Keisha did tell me that she would waive the penalty when I confirm my leave date.Keisha prefers me to leave Comcast then to give me 'Starz' back for free for 2 years. Representative Robert G called me several times after I filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division but each time he gave me an excuse on the reason that Comcast cannot give me Starz for free. I now have to pay for Starz so do not agree to a contract with Comcast.

I had no problems at the service center while returning my Comcast Xfinity modem but Comcast continues to call me telling me to return my modem. That is the only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars.

Parking is horrible, park in the garage and walk. The employees are very nice but spent some time over who was on duty and that time to help the next customer. Service is quick which is good because there is no place comfy to wait
